Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung nur wenige Meter vom berühmten Campo de Fiori entfernt

  Mucho ruido en la noche...ubicacion muy buena...con respecto a servicio de internet ofrecido ...pesimo, equipamiento basico, el agua caliente alcanza solo para dos duchas cortas...es decir ya la tercera persona agua solo fria.

  Appartement très bien situé (centre de Rome accès aux bus très proche, proximité tous commerces). Description conforme, confort basique mais suffisant. Appartement très propre. 2 remarques à prendre en compte : quartier bruyant la nuit (surtout fin de semaine) et réserve eau chaude ...limitée (petit ballon d'environ 2/3 douches chauffant en 2 heures =répartition des douches dans la journée). Propriétaire très sympathique, serviable et de bons conseils. 

  Appartement très bien situé, propre. Accueil parfait, ponctuel, beaucoup d'information et de gentillesse. Comme l'appartement est très bien situé, il est bruyant, surtout le week-end -il faut prévoir des boules quies malgré le double vitrage et la clim mais c'est le prix à payer pour être en... plein coeur de l'action. Apartment ideally located and clean, but noisy. good to have ear plugs on the week-end eventhough there is air conditionning and double glazing, but that's the price to pay to be where the action is. The reception at the apartment was very friendly and efficient, with lots of information. 

  Appartement correct, conforme à la description donné sur le site. La personne de contact était sympa et serviable. L'appartement est très bien placé dans le centre historique, avec de l'animation aux alentours.

  El apartamento en sí era comodo, pero las sabanas, las almohadas y las mantass estaban sucias, tenían manchas y olían mal. El aire acondicionado perdía agua en la cocina, todo el suelo estaba mojado.

  The location of this flat is excellent, all major sights are well within walking distance. The flat owner was helpfull and responsive. The cost of the flat was value for money and accomodated my wife and I plus two eleven year olds comfortably. Previous reviews referred to insufficient hot water but... we did not find this a problem. There is a noisy bar below but I found that if we went to bed tired enough (long days walking!), you could sleep throught it. The only aspects of the flat which were slightly disappointing were the bedding (seen better days) and the towels, also seen better days. The bathroom is small but functional as is the kitchen. The flat is well air conditioned and easy to keep cool.

  Agréable appartement conforme au descriptif, proche des sites touristiques. Un peu bruyant la nuit à cause du pub mais surmontable.

  Parfait!

  Lage hervorragend. Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Ausziehbare Couch für 2 Erwachsene zu klein. Lärmempfindliche lässt die Disco im Stock darunter am Freitag und am Samstag erst ab 3 in der Früh einschlafen... Dass der Besitzer keine Rechnung ausstellen wollte, ist für Mitteleuropäer etwas ...ungewöhnlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis alles in allem sehr gut! 

  The apartment is situated in a perfect location where you can reach all attractions by walk, also the owner is very helpful and helped us in everything we asked for

  Owner was in good contact with us. Unfortunately his father let us in but couldn't speak a word of English but lovely people.

  Sans aucun doute la situation de cet appartement est un grand atout, en plein coeur de Rome, à deux pas de la place Navone et des lignes de bus pour pouvoir rayonner dans la ville. L'appartement en lui-même est simple mais suffisant. La salle de bain, étroite, aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf ( ...cabine de douche + toilettes). Le propriétaire nous a réservé un très bon accueil et a su répondre à nos questions. Il y a évidemment ce pub qui peut être gênant, mais les fenêtres ont été changées récemment et nul doute que la fatigue vous fera vite oublier ce bruit tapageur. En bref un appartement avec des prestations standards mais à la situation idéale pour un séjour romain !

Le confirmamos que la ducha funciona correctamente: como explicado por el propietario durante la estancia, la cabeza de la ducha tiene un sistema manual de regulación del flujo de agua, que si no se posiciona correctamente hace que el agua no salga. Asimismo el propietario confirma que el boiler de agua caliente, tiene una capacidad de 50 litros. El propietario reitera su completa disponibilidad para solucionar cualquier duda o incidencia que sus huéspedes tengan durante la estancia, así que recomiende de ponerse en contacto con él tan pronto como necesiten su asistencia, para así garantizar una estancia agradable a todos los huéspedes.

  The photos I had seen on the internet made me expect more.I got dissappointed as I entered the apartment, ..that made me even make a mistake counting the money to pay the owner.Location is excellent. You can walk to any touristic attraction .The apartment is very noisy especially late night and ...early morning hours [ warned by the owner ], propably it has a common wall with a night club.We stayed for 4 days ,..we never had a wifi though the owner was trying to solve the problem.TV .....All channels in Italian. I wish they had at least a news channel in English.Air conditioning was OK. 

  Appartement correct, mais nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit car nous n'avons pas pu dormir à cause de la boite de nuit située à côté de l'immeuble (ouverte jusqu'à deux heures du matin un lundi soir). La personne de contact a été charmante et très réactive et nous a logés dans un autre appartement plus calme dès le lendemain.

  Appartement impeccable, la personne qui nous a réceptionnés était très gentille. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour.

  The Pub a couple of doors down has an excellent sound system!! The drums and bass will vibrate your bed until 1:30 OR 2:00 AM in the morning when live bands play. Otherwise when its canned music its just a dull but rather irritating background roar. Location is close to several excellent ...restaurants , within walking distance to the bus and many other sites. Owner was more than helpful and facilities were as advertised. If you are not a party person I would think twice about staying here unless you have earplugs.  

  Die Lage im Zentrum. Das Bett ist allerdings defekt und die Ausstattung insgesamt ist steigerungsfähig.

  Air conditioning and wifi are good. Apartment is fairly primitive and lots of things need repair. Lighting is bad, lots of light bulbs out. You run out of hot water quickly. Some furniture about to fall apart. Most important: THIS SHOULD NOT BE A RENTAL. IT'S TOTALLY UNMANAGEABLE. There is so much ...noise coming from the music club below that one cannot sleep during the night. Starts around 22hrs. and goes until 3 or 4 in the morning. Owner's rep says to close shutters and turn up air conditioning against outside nightlife noise, but that is mendacious. The noise comes from below. We spent a night here, then went to a hotel and returned sometimes to cook and eat meals.
