  9/10. Rien à signaler. Nous voulions simplement signaler au propriétaire qu'il y a une fuite sous l'évier, il semblerait que cela viendrait du niveau du robinet, à voir.

  UBICACION PERFECTA, TRATO MUY BUENO. EL ALOJAMIENTO NO SE CORRESPONDE CON LAS FOTOS MARAVILLOSAS DE LA PAGINA YA QUE ESTABA UN POCO "VIEJITO".

  Wer möglichst zentral wohnen möchte, ist hier genau richtig, man kann sehr viel fußläufig erreichen, die Haltestellen für Busse und Straßenbahn sind ebenfalls nicht weit. Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnungschnell und problemlos, der Eigentümer sehr kooperativ, hilfsbereit und nett. Die ...Piazza Fiori und zwei Feinkostläden in unmittelbarer Nähe, ein Supermarkt ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, Bäcker in zwei verschiedenen Richtungen, also einfacher geht es nicht, wenn man sich selber verpflegen möchte. Und hinsichtlich der Restaurants, einfach aufpassen, wo die Einheimischen am Samstag/Sonntag anstehen, da ist es immer gut und zu empfehlen.

  el estudio está muy bien situado, pequeño pero perfecto. Para mi, falta un tostador de pan y una cafetera mayor. EL MAL ASPECTO DE LA PUERTA DE LA CALLE Y LA ESCALERA ME DEJARON IMPACTADA NEGATIVAMENTE. CUIDAR ESA PRIMERA IMPRESION ES FUNDAMENTAL TIENEN QUE COMPROBAR QUE POTENCIA TIENEN CONTRATADA, PUES SALTAN LOS PLOMOS

  Excellent location, right by the Campo di Fiori, in walking distance of all the major sites, also near bus routes in all directions. Many good (and some not so good) restaurants and bars nearby. Apartment itself very good base from which to explore Rome. Small but clean and pleasant. Reasonably well... equipped but could do with a kettle and some larger cups or mugs. Quite noisy on nights when the Romans were out partying. Owner very helpful. Would certainly go back to the same apartment.

  Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Inneneinrichtung war genau wie im Internet beschrieben schön. Das Zimmer war sauber, es hatte alles, was es brauchte. auch die Küche war mit allem Geschirr, Besteck, Öl und Essig, Salz und Pfeffer, bestückt. Unsere Unterkunft war Zentrumsnah, ...perfekt für uns. Das einzig negative war das Bett. Ich bekomme Rückenschmerzen, wenn ich zuviel auf weichen Betten liege. So nach 7-8 Tagen hatte ich Rückenschmerzen - meine Frau jedoch hatte keine Probleme beim liegen. Alles Positiv. Es kommt mir gerade kein negativer Aspekt in den Sinn. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermittlungsperson in Rom ging einfach vonstatten. Der Kontaktmann musste beinahe eine Stunde auf uns warten, mitten in Rom - da wir bei unserer Ankunft den Busverkehr noch nicht so einwandfrei beherrschten. Via SMS hatten wir ihn laufend Informiert - vor dem Apartment hat er mit dem Handy in der Hand auf uns gewartet. Er hat uns alles erklärt und die Wohnung gezeigt.  

  Un appartement très bien situé, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied (1 semaine). La climatisation, le ménage ... sont très appréciables.

  Très bien, appartement bien situé et agréable, bonne superficie pour 3 personnes.

  Quartier calme, mais très vivant, un marché à proximité très pratique, de très bons restaurants typiques à proximité et toujours la possibilité de parcourir Rome à pted depuis le studio

  As they say - location, location, location. It's hard to beat the location of this appartment. Shoping for fresh fruit for breakfast at Campo di Fiori, which was eh....30 seconds away :) Evening stroll to Piazza Navona 4 minutes of slow walk. Bathroom could have been bigger, but it's such a minot... thing. AC was way more important. Would we stay there again - yes, of course. 

  Ce logement est vraiment tres bien situe pour visiter Rome a pied. Bien sur, c'est un quartier tres actif, nuit et jour. Il ne faut pas avoir peur du bruit (malgre le double vitrage).

  Tres bon contact avec les services GowicthOh par téléphone ainsi que la personne présente sur place pour nous acceuillir. L'emplacement de cet appartement nous convenait pour nos visites, un peu de bruit le soir mais normal vu la proximité de la place du Fiori. Les romains sont des personnes ...trés sympathiques et chaleureuses. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Rome. 

  tolle Lage, ruhig und sauber man schläft ruhig und ist in 1 Minuten mitten im Leben von Rom

  Comme les commentaires précédent, je déplore le bruit dans cette ruelle tard le soir et tôt le matin. Faire vite pour la douche, où vous finirez a l'eau froide, le dernier matin pas d'eau chaude du tout. Verry noisy all the time, good situation, hot water problems.

  Die Lage war das Beste. In die Wohnung fällt auch bei strahlendem Sonnenschein fast kein Tageslicht. Die hellen Fenster auf dem Foto täuschen das vor. An diesem Punkt waren wir sehr enttäuscht.

   Idéalement situé en plein coeur de Rome, nous avons pu faire l'essentiel à pied. Quartier vivant et très agréable. L'appartement ( rénové donc différent des photos) est bien fonctionnel et agréable ( au 1er étage, donc un peu sombre mais appréciable après une journée au soleil! ); ...Appartement bien équipé et personne de contact très sympathique qui nous a donné de bonnes indications pour venir et nous déplacer. 

  Lage der Wohnung toll, da sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Erreichbarkeit mir öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (eigene Anreise mit Zug) OK. Achtung Hausnummern sind nicht unbedingt in aufsteigender Reihenfolge, also genau schauen. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Stufen zur ...Wohnung etwas steil, aber auch mit Koffer machbar. Sauberkeit der Wohnung Top. Abbildung Grundriss entspricht der Wohnung. Die Fotos entsprechen zwar nicht der Wohnung, aber die abgebildete Qualität entspricht der Einrichtung. Wohnung zwar etwas dunkel (1. Stock), hat aber nicht gestört (keine sommerliche Überhitzung). Klimaanlage lief bestens. Möglichkeiten für Einkauf (Supermarkt) ganz in der Nähe (7 Tage/Woche offen!). 

  Communication par téléphone pour trouver le logement. Nous avons changé l'heure d'arrivée au logement et M. Maurizzio a répondu à notre demande. Personne accueillante et agréable. Il nous fournis une carte de la ville et nous donne plusieurs explications. Il fait des démarches pour nous. ...Le logement entièrement rénové (Campo Fiori) situé à 20 minutes à pieds du Vatican. Nous n'avons que de bons commentaires sur ce logement et son accueil. Nous le recommanderions. 

  The location was excellent. It was a short walk to many of the attractions. The only thing that bothered me was that it didn't get any light during the day.

  The apartment worked out fine but looks much different then the current pictures. The bed was not comfortable and the toliet seat did not fit properly. But the location was ideal, the apartment was clean so we were fine with it.

  Muy céntrico y la persona de contacto excelente. Respecto al equipamiento, ninguna pega. Sólo la escalera de entrada un poco lúgubre. Sin embargo estaba limpio y confortable.

  L'appartement est très bien situé dans Rome, dans une petite rue typique, proche d'une place animée et dans un quartier agréable. La personne contact a été vraiment sympathique, aidante et efficace. L'appartement, un grand studio, est bien, avec 2 grandes fenêtres qui s'ouvrent sur une ...ruelle. On entend toutefois les bruits de la rue. La literie (le grand lit) est suffisamment confortable. Les meubles sont quelconques. La cuisine est correcte. La salle de bain, refaite à neuf, est très bien. L'appartement convient pour 2 ou 3 personnes maximum. L'escalier de l'immeuble est un peu abrupt, mais l'appartement est au 1er étage. Synthèse: je retournerais volontiers dans l'appartement.  

  Grosses Plus: Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral - den Campo dei Fiori erreicht man in 3 Gehminuten - perfekt. Es ist geräumig, sauber und sehr nett eingerichtet, auch das Bad ist neu. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die, die damit Probleme haben: Die Treppe zum Appartement ist ...ziemlich steil, und insgesamt fällt wenig Licht in die Wohnung. - Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
