Wunderbare Dachwohnung mit Ausblick auf die Dächer Roms und den Campo de´Fiori

  The style of the appartment was exotic and well fits the roman style. This is much better than a modern appartments that could be in any other city. May be, however, than a few things could be improved in their work / convenience (e.g. some fittings). The appartment is very quiet. The open view ...from the large balcony is a good point. The situation is perfect (VERY central, yet not on a busy street). The manager was very obliging, friendly, and very reactive to any email. 

  El apartamento es realmente muy bonito y la ubicación excelente, pero el estado de conservación y mantenimiento deja que desear. Puertas y ventanas que no ajustan, bombillas fundidas, cortinas descolgadas...... El apartamento necesita una actualización ya.

  We were at this apartment on our honeymoon, and absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic, literally 2 mins from Piazza Campo di Fiori, and easy walking to Piazza Navona, Colleseum, Trevi Fountain and Pathenon. The decor in the apartment is beautiful, and it has all the usual facilities. R. ...couldn't have been more helpful and was always on hand for any assistance we required. The balcony is a lovely additional space to sit out and enjoy " La Dolce Vita!" We would definately go again and would recommend to others.  

  Staying at the Apartment was a complete nightmare. It absolutely destroyed our holiday. There was a big scaffolding outside the building, You had to have four separate keys to gain access, up a narrow staircase with no natural light, it was dirty and most importantly it was very dangerous. The ...inside of the apartment was old, dusty and not up to any kind of decent standard. Night time was noisey. The toilet and shower area was disgusting. We paid nearly EUR600 for four nights of hell! I hope my poor rating with stop others from having such a horrible experience. The contact person took no responsibility when we told him how disappointed we were, he never offered us any form of compensation discount, in fact he never returned the overpayment of EUR4 which I paid initially. It did not reflect the pictures and description on the website. All in all you can take it we will never repeat our trip to Rome! The only nice person we met was the maid, who could not speak english. What a horrible place to spend our holiday in Rome :( I asked you initially to check out the toilet area and you assured me it would be clean as the Manager took great care. This was not the case. It was the opposite. The sink didn't even empty. My husband could'nt fit in the shower, which looked like something from the 19th centure. If there was an emergency like a fire, there is no way we would have escaped safely, having to get down four flights of stairs and 4 keyed doors, one of which was a door made of iron bars , like a jail..with no natural light, only a tiny poorly lit bulb Out of ten I would rate this apartment zero :( 

  My family stayed at this beautiful and characteristic apartment during our Rome holidays. The decoration of the apartment is amazing. The location is very central yet quiet with nice view. We could almost walk to all the attractions in old city between 10 - 30 minutes. The host, Riccado is very ...nice. He had chilled juice and water welcoming us and even came back to visit us to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommened this apartment to other travellers. 

  Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der originellen und stimmungsvollen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die BEttwäsche und die Handtücher waren schön aber die Polstermöbel könnten vielleicht mit der Zeit neu bezogen werden.Bei einem heftigen Gewitter war die Decke nicht ganz dicht - es hat hineingeregnet -, ...aber beides hat uns nicht die Freude an der Unterkunft verdorben... Die Fassade und das Treppenhaus wurden gerade renoviert, vielleicht kommt das Dach demnächst auch dran!  

  Sehr zuvorkommender Kontakt. Wir konnten früher einchecken und länger bleiben. Ebenso wurde uns beim Gepäck geholfen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar: 10 Min. bis Trastervere, 10 Min. zum Pantheon, 3 Min. zum Campo di Fiori. Restaurants und Bars sind in Massen ...vorhanden. Trotzdem war es nachts ruhig genug, ein bißchen hört man davon natürlich schon, kann es aber überhören. Die Einrichtung ist "anders". Man muss sich darauf einlassen. Das wichtigste: die Matratzen der Betten waren sehr gut, die Küche funktional - es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Zusammenstellung der Einrichtung und der vielen unterschiedlichen Dekorationsmitteln ist Geschmacksache. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall großen Spaß daran und würden die Wohnung auch erneut buchen. 

  Außerordentlich gute Lage - die Wohung ist sehr individuell - aber so typisch römisch eingerichtet - wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Genügend Geschäfte (Bäckerei, Supermarkt etc.) um die Ecke. Wohnung ist sehr empflehenswert - wenn man nicht nur ...auf moderne Wohnungen steht. PS: das Bad hätte etwas sauberer sein können. 

  This apartment was exactly what we wanted in Rome - a charming attic in a great neighborhood with a spectacular view. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony.

  ja es ist eine sehr schöne whg. ein besonderer ort. etwas für menschen, die den baumarkt möbel style genauso schrecklich finden wie ich. sehr schön war es dort. gruß

  Das war vielleicht die beste Ferienwohnung in der wir je waren. Die Atmosphäre in diesen Räumen ist einfach einzigartig. Man fühlt, dass hier ein Künstler gewohnt hat. Wir würden diese Wohnung j e d e m Hotel vorziehen und wir haben schon in vielen genächtigt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, ...man kann tatsächlich fast alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im III. OG, d.h. es sind einige Stufen hochzugehen. Ebenfalls sind die Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung leicht zu erreichen. Restauranttip: Trattoria Moderna, V. lo dei Chiodaroli 16 Querstraße zur Via del Chiavari (hier gibtrs auch einen Supermercado und der Bäckerei "Antico Forno Marco Roscioli Via dei Chiavari, 34" die beste Pizza der Stadt Romepass: Unbedingt kaufen, um lange Schlange vor dem Collosseum zu vermeiden!!

  Todo muy bien, buen recibimiento por parte del propietario,el apartamente está muy bien situado y con unas preciosas vistas, estuvimos muy bien, muy contentos y esperando poder repetir.

  This apartment was in the centre of Rome's historical heartlands, yet in a quiet and tranquil street, above it all with a close-up, uplifting and addictive view of rooftops and the domes of St Andrea del Valle and San Carlo ai Catinari, mesmerising over breakfast, lunch or dinner on the small ...terrace. The apartment was decorated in a theatrical, colourful and fantastic style that was a reminder of the building's history, and the setting made our stay memorable. Friendly R met us, helped us with our baggage, and provided an overview of the area. My daughter and I loved our week here and wished we could have stayed longer. 

  Met by R, who was very helpful and friendly, he also took the time to introduce us to the local area and walked us to the local supermarket: the apartment was cleaned to a good standard. Great location. If you want to experience a 'local' bar (where you will be welcomed - note it opens after 5pm - ...before then it's just some shutters!) walk up Via del Monte della farina (same street as supermarket). It's a good change from busy tourist squares.The apartment is old and quirky so be prepared to accepts everything is not 100%. The kitchen is adequate for breakfast and daytime snaks.The bathroom does push the envelope; it was surface clean etc and no fault to the maid, it just needs updating, everything worked but in our opinion it lets the apartment down.  

  It was a well situate apartment. However, I do not recollect being advised about the very, very, very many steps we had to climb to reach it. With suitacases it made it very difficult as there obviously is no lift. It would certainly not be for unfit or elderly persons.

  For me this was 10 out of 10.If you are looking for an atmospheric apartment in an historical building painted/fitted out by an artist where everywhere you look there is interest in the decoration, objects and furniture this is for you. "Library" bedroom marvellous with sliding doors doors to ...lounge. Beds great.Wonderful balcony to sit, overlooking two church domes and roof tops . (Or a large TV/ DVDs/ good free wifi.)Location is perfect for all the sights- all walkable easily.In this historic building there will be no lift and several weaving flights of old marble stairs to climb. Small bathroom and kitchen are cleverly fitted in artistically with character and all that is necessary. If you want modern, swish, minimalist, this is not for you. For me perfect- a unique experience.

  Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wie im Internet beschrieben. Auch die Übergabe klappte einwandfrei.

  My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2015. We absolutely loved this apartment! R met us at a small church near the apartment and helped us carry our bags up the stairs. He was very friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of advice about Rome in general. Apart from a sofa bed which has ...been added in the loungeroom, the apartment looked exactly like the pictures, which was the main reason we had chosen to stay here. It is so unique and we loved being surrounded by all the art and antiques. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was great for enjoying a glass of wine. There are a lot of stairs but it was not a problem for us. The neighbourhood itself is great and is within walking distance to all the sights. We would stay here again! 

  A lovely cool and quiet apartment with gentle breezes from the balconies. R. made the check in and early taxi arrangements easy for us.The qwerky decor took a bit of getting used to. The steep stairs up 3 floors make this apartment only suitable for the reasonably fit but the climb is worth it.

  Ubicación perfecta, el alojamiento con mucho encanto, únicamente a tener en cuenta que hay que subir escaleras, pero desde luego vale la pena.

  Nice place but needs updating. Not recomended for elderly or young children as there are many stairs to climb. Nice owner, all round we were happy here.

  L'appartement a beaucoup de charme mais l'escalier pour y arriver est très exiguë, la kitchenette est minuscule et les meubles ne sont pas très confortables. La situation est géniale, à coté du campo de fiori.

  Sehr schöne Wohnung, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

  Nous nous attendions à ce que l'appartement soit plus grand, il est plus terne par rapport aux photos. Détail sympathique, un gateau nous attendait à l'arrivée.

  Tout s'est très bien passé, appartement agréable, quartier très bien, bon accueil du propriétaire.

  It has a charmingly over the top decor and a lovely balcony on which to sit and look out to the city. It is comfortable and clean and quiet. It is very close to Campo Fiori and walking distance to many interesting sites. R, who manages the apartment, was very pleasant and helpful.

  The place is beautiful just like the pictures. If you want to feel what it is like to live like the locals then I highly recommend this place. The building definitely feels very historic and the neighborhood felt safe. That being said I knew what I was getting into but may have under estimated the ...luggage situation. Since we were on a 2 week vacation across Europe we had 4 large suit cases for the 4 of us and I didn't factor in the small stair wells and steepness of them. I do 25-30 miles a week on the elliptical and carrying the suit cases up those narrow steep stair wells kicked my butt. If you're travelling light then I highly recommend this place. If you have large suit cases or have issues with stairs then you probably want to look elsewhere.  

  Tiene una ubicación excelente, dentro del centro histórico, permite ir andando a casi todas las zonas más importantes, es pequeño, pero muy bonito, hemos estado muy comodos Nos esperaba F que fue muy atento y nos orientó en todo lo que preguntamos, nos sentimos muy bien atendidos, mi chas gracias

  The location of this charming quirky apartment is ideal for visiting all the major sites of Rome with great restaurants bars and delies on the doorstep. The decor is great but the facilities are in need of a bit of updating i.e. Shower, linens and some kitchen equipment. A small amount of effort and money would make this a 5 star experience!

  This apartment was quite spectacular in its beautiful original artwork on the walls and ceiling! The photos do not do it justice. The view from the terrace was really beautiful in the evening and a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day of sightseeing. Wish we had stayed longer!
