Schöne Ferienwohnung nahe der Piazza di Spagna

  Apartamento bonito y tranquilo, con buena ubicacion cerca de Piazza Spagna. Volveria.

  el departamento esta ubicado a pocas cuadras de plaza españa y también de la fontana de trevi. hay un supermercado a dos cuadras de distancia.Tiene un portero muy servicial y Francesca y su marido están atentos a cualquier requerimiento.Incluso hay 2 bicicletas en la puerta de la casa lo cual ...recomiendo usar!! la ducha es un poco pequeña pero en general esta todo muy bien. Cuenta con ascensor y una gran escalera. Todo okey 

  Everything was brillant! We had a lovely time in the apartment, and would use the agency again.

  Very clean and confortable apartment, very clear with a small balcony sunny and quiet. We like very much the flat and the location. I recommand this flat and the owner is very sympatic.

  L'appartement était indiqué pour 3 personnes donc pour 2 lits. Malheureusement nous avons dû payer 25 euros supplémentaires pour avoir le deuxième lit. Ce n'est pas normal, le descriptif sur le site ne correspondait donc pas à la réalité.

  War alles in Ordnung, die Wohnung so sauber und schön, wie man sich sie vorstellt. Die Kontaktperson auch sehr pünktlich, hat einfach alles bestens geklappt.

  Alles bestens! Nur sind im Bad die Regale ein wenig lose und müssten einmal angezogen werden. Ansonsten aber alles in Ordnung und funktionstüchtig.

  Wir haben wunderbare Tage in Rom verlebt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt! Sauberkeit,romantisches Ambiente und die zentrale Lage und trotzdem Ruhe, sowie die Betreuung unschlagbar. Vielen Dank R. Unbedingt zu empfehlen : ))) Als Tipp an den Vermieter,eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank und Dinge... wie Salz,Pfeffer,Öl,Schwamm würden das ganze noch abrunden. Wir kommen wieder !!!! 

  tout était parfait hormis le fait qu'il n'y ait pas eu un peu de café, de l'eau minérale dans le réfrigérateur pour un accueil totalement convivial.

  This is a gorgeous apartment in a fabulous location in Rome. We stayed there with our 11 month old son and found it good for babies too. Our contact person arranged a cot and there is a lift so no problem using a stroller. We highly recommend this apartment.

  No funcionó la internet y el tv cable presentó problemas. Si bien està muy bien ubicado, tiene poca luz, es hùmedo y olor a encierro.

  R. arranged the transfer from the airport to the appartment, We recommend this to everybody,especially if you have never been to Rome. The appartment is beautiful and clean. Everything you need is there. The mattress on the bed is nice and thick. Wifi and satellite tv works fast and we even had BVN... channel,which is a dutch tv channel. Within 5 minutes walk from Spanish Steps and on the other side 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Many restaurants and Spar Supermarket within minutes,very nice especially after a day of lots of walking. The Metro nearby,which we hardly used as one should explore Rome by foot. Very safe neighbourhood and the building is very secured and totally quiet. Raffaella is a perfect host and we thank her for our perfect stay! This place is the best! 

  The accommodation is very centrally positioned for sightseeing, public transport, restaurants and a handy local supermarket. It feels as if you're living as a local in this old, characterful building. Rome is very busy but once inside the building it is very quiet and peaceful. The little balcony ...is an ideal outdoor area to enjoy a drink. The bikes, that were available for use without additional charge, were ideal for touring around Villa Borghese gardens. We were greeted by R on our arrival, she was very friendly, helpful and obliging.  

  Ontvangst zoals het hoort, het appartement is heel schoon en heeft een uitstekende ligging. Om voor langere tijd te blijven vonden wij het te klein, bovendien is het appartement wat raar ingedeeld. Het bed zou eigenlijk boven moeten zijn en de muur tussen de keuken en andere kamer mag er wel uit en ...wat meer licht in de keuken d.m.v. een raam ja dan is het absoluut top nu blijft het op een gemiddelde hangen bij ons. Prima appartement voor maximaal 5 dagen waarbij de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding klopt. 

  Es hat uns alles wunderbar gefallen.

  Appartamento in pieno centro, spazioso e ben pulito. A disposizione tutto il necessario (biancheria, asciugamani, utensili da cucina, posate, stoviglie, pentole, fornelli a gas, forno a microonde, ecc.). Molto comoda la lavastoviglie. Lavatrice disponibile ma non utilizzata. Per il riscaldamento ...due climatizzatori, uno per stanza, più che adeguati. In bagno stufetta elettrica. Assolutamente silenzioso sia di giorno che di notte in quanto si affaccia all'interno del palazzo. Internet wifi sempre funzionante anche se qualche volta un poco lento. La persona di contatto molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è molto ben tenuto. 

  Great location, lift was a plus. Well equipped. Washing machine a huge advantage for travellers. Outside space good for Central Rome. Only minor negative was lack of basic cooking ingredients- perhaps the owner could offer the opportunity to pre purchase basics( milk, coffee etc)

  The balcony was nice and private! Everything was very clean and smelt beautiful. In a perfect location. The only things I would say is that it needed a toaster and a kettle, also the toilet lid was broken when we arrived. Also maybe provide some basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, etc so it saves ...people buying it when they are staying for such short periods.

  Die Wohnung hat eine wirklich geniale Lage mitten im Herzen von Rom. Uns hat auch gut gefallen, dass zwei kleine Fahrräder mit zur Wohnung gehören und wir damit Tour zum Park Villa Borghese machen konnten.

  Wunderbare Wohnung, alles nötige vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage. Schönes Frühstück/Abendessen auf dem Balkon. Zu empfehlen!!

  Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gut mit der Metro zu erreichen, perfekt für einen Städtetripp. Praktisch ganz Rom ist zu Fuß zu erkunden. Trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Kontaktperson absolut zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert.

  Vraiment central. Accès facile pour toutes activités. Immeuble tranquille. Note: l'annonce parle d'une laveuse mais il n'y en a pas. Confort moyen. Je ne recommanderais pas pour un séjour de plus d'une semaine.

  Extrem gute Lage. Vieles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Einige Supermärkte in der Nähe. Obwohl zentral ist es im Apartment sehr ruhig. Leider etwas wenig normal große Tassen (3 Stück). Ansonsten alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert.
