  Appartement de caractère et très bien placé mais un peu juste pour le sanitaire et la cuisine Taxe de séjour non prévue Montant annoncé par pers/jour, mais la facture a été pour 6 pax alors que nous étions 4 - mais prix annoncé par avance donc considéré comme un forfait journalier

  Vor Ort war alles absolut extra klasse, es hat uns super gefallen!

  Eine schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Für große Leute sind die Einzelbetten recht kurz und schmal, aber alles andere war prima.

  L'zappartement est très très bien, situé en plein coeur de Rome et qui permet de tout faire à pied. Il a toutes les comodités mais a un style ancien c'est sur et peu de lumière. La personne de contacte a été tout à fait correct à notre arrivée, il était présent mais nous avons eu un ...problème avec la clé qui s'est cassée dans la serrure et n'avons pas été très content de devoir payer un supplément pour notre sortie très tôt. Sinon très bien

  Bathroom was not clean and balcony description was misleading as it was very small and you couldn't sit out in it, Musty smell in apartment and from bedclothes. Floors could be cleaner. Contact person Mr. Conti asked for an extra 30 Euros because we came on a Sunday which was not set out in the ...documentation you sent to me or in any of the terms and conditions listed in your agreement. As well he asked for a Tourist tax of 2 euros per person per day. We did not pay the extra 30 euros but we did pay the tourist tax of which we were not notified of by your company. Please could confirm that Mr. Conti was entitled to collect the touist tax from us. The area was safe and provided easy access to many tourist sites.  

The property owner confirms that he is at the client’s entire disposal during their stay in order to solve possible problems which might occur as soon as possible. The owner also confirms that all information relative to the additional costs has been updated and is indicated in the section ”extra” of the description.

  L'appartement est idéalement situé au coeur de la ville historique dans une petite rue charmante et calme. Nous avons également apprécié le raffinement de la décoration et le confort du logement. M. C., homme de culture parlant parfaitement le français, nous a très bien accueillis est s'est ...montré disponible pendant le séjour. Petit plus: vous trouverez sur place (à  disposition dans l'appartement) des livres d'Art et des guides touristiques sur Rome dont la lecture viendra enrichir vos visites. Excellente expérience.  

  nous avons été ravis de l'accueil et des conseils donnés par le propriétaire. L'appartement etait idéalement situé, nous pouvions tout faire à pied et il avait toutes les commodités pour 5 personnes.

  Appartement très bien situé, climatisation insispensable au mois d'août. Contact très agréable.Appartement bien équipé, bonne literie. Salle de Bain vieillote, cuisine petite.Propreté moyenne.

  The appartment was absolutely perfect, great value for money, excellent location, really quirky interior. The only negative was our contact person, who (perhaps it was the translation) was very rude in emails organising the stay and upon arrival. However, the contact with him was brief and the rest of the stay more than made up for it.

  Le propriétaire : ponctuel, adorable et pas avare de bons conseils. De plus, il parle un Français impeccable. La situation : centrale, absolument idéale. On a tout fait à pied (Vatican, jardins Borghèse, Forum romain). Possibilité de parking à 2 pas,le long du Tibre (4 euros/8h). Superette à... 2 pas aussi. Le logement : certes un peu sombre mais beaucoup de caractère dans un immeuble historique. Un très bon séjour !

  Superb location! One bathroom+WC may be a morning routine bottleneck if you're 6-7 people.

  Appartement confortable et très bien placé, nous y avons passé un formidable séjour. Le propriétaire demande 30 € supplémentaire pour une arrivée le dimanche, ceci n'était pas très clair sur le site, il faudrait le mettre plus en avant.

  This apartment rental was the worst part of our 2 week European vacation. If we didn't already send a deposit for the rental we would not have stayed. The apartment was extremely smelly!!! The main reason we chose this rental was for the laundry facilities. It was advertised as having washer and... dryer. The washing machine was tiny and still full of water. No dryer, unless you take your laundry to the roof top to hang. We ended up taking everything to a laundromat. Good location, however could not access it directly by cab. We were dropped off nearby and had no idea how to find it as the cab driver did not speak English. Very loud all night long. Internet worked the first day and not the second. Would not recommend this rental.

The owner has confirmed to us that the internet connection is working properly and that he is available to offer all his guests any assistance they may need during their stay. We will resolve any problems that may arise as soon as possible to ensure all of our guests have a more comfortable stay.

  El apartamento esta muy bien situado y tanto el trato como en si el alojamiento han sido buenisimos.

  El apartamento es genial, lo mejor de todo la ubicación, y para ir un grupo de gente es ideal, muy acogedor. Te sientes como en casa.

  L'appartement est parfaitement situé dans le centre de Rome duquel tout peut se faire à pied. G. nous a très bien renseignés et accueillis. Nous étions 6 (3 couples) et avions chacun un grand lit double. L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel. Rien à dire. Le seul bémol c'est que 2 ...chambres donnent sur une petite rue piétonne, près d'un restaurant, et que cette rue peut être très bruyante. Je vous conseille simplement d'emporter des boules quiès, surtout en weekend. En dehors de cela, je recommande vivement.

  Great position for strolling. Lovely helpful owner. We stayed as 4 kids and two adults. Compact, but quirky and characterful. Would stay there again.

  Appartement idéalement situé. Le quartier est vivant (dans la ruelle vous trouverez un atelier de luthier ou un coiffeur qui propose des bains de pieds à ses clientes..; un peu plus loin un petit supermarché très utile.) On est à deux pas de tout et après chaque promenade ou visite quel ...plaisir de retrouver un appartement frais! (la climatisation a été fort appréciée). L'accueil de notre hôte a été très apprécié aussi ( nombreuses informations, des conseils utiles et des suggestions intéressantes) . Pensez à lui demander l'adresse de la pâtisserie sicilienne . Un délice! Un mot pour le petit restaurant Tozzi e Bocconi: bon accueil. Et pour L'angolo divino (prendre à droite puis la 1ère à gauche vers la place Farnèse) bons fromages et bons vins.  

  Die Ferienwohnung war super zentral gelegen,in einer alten urigen Gasse ,direkt am Campo dei Fiori,man konnte Rom sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden.Die Wohnung an sich war akzeptabel,vielleicht ein bißchen dunkel! Betten ,Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung vollkommen in Ordnung!,Der Vermieter sehr ...freundlich und hilfsbereit!Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten! 

  Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral. Tagsüber war es recht laut dort, aber nachts konnte man bei geschlossenen Fenstern recht gut schlafen.

  Sehr, sehr gute Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Apartment ist sehrgut ausgerüstet. Das Apartment würden wir jederzeit wieder besuchen.

  Gemütliche, komfortable und geräumige Ferienwohnung. Der Eingang liegt zwar in einer kleinen engen Gasse, doch muss man dafür nur um eine Ecke gehen, um zum Campo de' Fiori zu gelangen! Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter.

  The apartment was perfect if you want to soak up the Roman ambiance. It is not your Holiday Inn, but rather an opportunity to experience a centuries old apartment building with tasteful and modern upgrades. Clean and quiet, with a location literally steps to the Tiber, two large bedrooms with a ...smaller living room and kitchen that made it totally workable for two couples. A most helpful landlord who gave many pointers - where to shop for food and recommendations for quality prepared meals, restaurants, riding the buses, maps of the city, and plenty of reading material to immerse oneself in ancient Rome.

  appartement bien situé, mais très très sombre, photos un peu trompeuses,salle de bains vétuste.Personne de contact assez agréable sur place à la remise des clés et des enveloppes bien sur, les contacts téléphoniques avant l'arrivée n'était pas sympathiques.

  Leider sind Fotos im Internet immer trügerisch. Die Wohnung ist viel dunkler als dargestellt. Es kommt quasi kein Sonnenlicht herein, so das man immer das Licht einschalten muss. Badewanne und Dichtungen rundherum sind stark verunreinigt und ungepflegt. Auch in der Küche die Spülbecken sowie der ...Kühlschrank machten keinen sauberen Eindruck. Plastikdecke auf dem Esstisch :-(Fazit: Die ideale Lage der Wohnung und die sehr guten Hinweise des Vermieters bezgl. Unternehmungen, Gastronomie ect. machen letztendlich den Kurzurlaub erträglich. Aber wie wir es gehandhabt haben, das man die Wohnung nur zum Übernachten nutzt, dafür ist sie im Verhältnis zu teuer.

Das Waschbecken sowie der Kühlschrank wurden inzwischen überprüft und funktionieren einwandfrei. Zuletzt bittet der Eigentümer darum, im Falle von Mängeln während des Aufenthalts unverzüglich kontaktiert zu werden, um eine sofortige Lösung anbieten und somit einen angenehmen Aufenthalt garantieren zu können.

  La ubicación nos pareció perfecta, muy céntrica pero también en una calle tranquila. El apartamento es bastante cómodo, agradable, y la calefacción funciona muy bien. Sólo remarcar que el cliente tiene que tener en cuenta que en el precio no está incluido el impuesto municipal diario y por ...persona, lo que hace subir un tanto el precio total. Yo lo recomendaría.
