Schöne Ferienwohnung 5 Minuten von der Piazza Navona entfernt

  Great little apartment in a fab central location. Only problem is there is a nightclub on the same road which woke us up at 3:30am when it was closing time on both Fri and Sat night. It is on the top floor so if you don't like steps, tis isn't for you. Lots of space in the apartment though and nice big bathroom with a separate 2nd toilet as well.

  Great apartment in a fabulous location right in the heart of central Rome. As a rental property owner and frequent international traveler, I very much appreciate the outstanding service by both Oh-Rome and the apartment owner. I would stay here again, and higly recommend Oh-Rome and this particular property.

  beaucoup de dégradations dans l'appartement , de plus il s'agit d'un 5 couchages donc 4 lits + une couchette d'appoint , mais pas d'un 6 personnes. Appartement bruyant avec la discothéque dans la rue.

  situation dans Rome excellente, on peut visiter tous les sites touristiques à pied. restaurants, glaciers,pâtisseries, marché et supérettes à proximité. un seul point peu agréable, discussions bruyantes des clients d'un bar de nuit à des heures tardives dans la rue au pied de l'immeuble.

  No me es posible evaluar el apartamento que había reservado, porque finalmente no me pude alojar en el. El propietario nos dijo que se había estropeado la caldera y que no había ni calefacción ni agua caliente. Por tal motivo nos alojó en otro apartamento, no muy lejos del que habíamos ...reservado, en el Ponte Sixto ya en el Trastevere.Por ello califico como mal todos los apartados, lo que ha de ser tenido en cuenta, porque como he señalado no puedo evaluar el apartamento que habíamos reservado, Si no evalúo los diferentes apartados no me permite enviar el comentario. 

  Excellent location, close to many popular attractions. Many great restaurants within short walking distance, and a grocery store right around the corner. Comfortable beds, ample sized sitting room. The bar across the alley was very noisy quite late into the night/morning. Guests checking in and ...out very close together can make for a rushed exit or delayed check in. Secure building, safe neighbourhood. Owner helped us to familiarize us with our surroundings on our arrival. Charming apartment in charming area. We would stay there again. 

  De ligging is super, in het kloppende hart van Rome. Alle gezellige straatjes, pleintjes en bezienswaardigheden zijn makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Het appartement ligt in een rustig steegje. Toch best oordopjes meenemen tegen verkeerslawaai in de wijk, want de ramen isoleren niet goed. Het ...appartement is eerder donker en aftands en nodigt niet uit om er lang te verblijven (maar daar heb je in het bruisende Rome geen behoefte aan). Er is wel voldoende comfort aanwezig: goed werkende airco, afwasmachine, microgolfoven, gasfornuis met oven, wifi, ...Aandachtspunt i.v.m. de privacy: de badkamer is alleen bereikbaar via beide slaapkamers. Onduidelijk hoe je de tv moest bedienen. Dvd-toestel niet aanwezig. Douchegordijn zou welkom zijn + ook grotere koffietassen. Vriendelijke, behulpzame contactpersoon, goed bereikbaar. Goed Engelstalig. Erg flexibel ook (voorbeeld: het appartement was na ons niet verhuurd en we mochten zelf het uur van uitchecken kiezen). De uitleg over het appartement bij de aankomst gebeurde erg haastig en onvolledig (bvb over de bediening van de tv of het gebruik van de vuilniszakken ), maar hij had het blijkbaar erg druk.

  L'appartement est vraiment très bien placé pour découvrir la ville et situé dans une zone calme (même si le bar en face était fermé pendant l'été). Le propriétaire a toujours été réactif et sympathique. Cependant,son appartement n'est pas assez équipé et pas de manière très ...fonctionnelle : il manque bols, tasses, une cafetière avec manche, par exemple. Il s'avère vétuste pour certains équipements (pas de machine à laver, un robinet qui fuit, pas de congélateur). La literie n'était pas conforme à ce que le plan de l'appartement annonçait : les deux canapés ne pouvaient pas se transformer en lits. Enfin, la personne de contact, sympathique, ne parlait... que le roumain ! ce qui n'était pas simple pour obtenir des informations précises. Pour le prix, les prestations sont donc à revoir.

Et nous vous informons avoir contacté le propriétaire de l’appartement pour nous assurer du bon état de ce dernier. Le propriétaire confirme avoir contrôlé l’équipement de la cuisine et assure qu’elle a suffisamment d’ustensiles et de vaisselle pour cuisiner et manger dans l’appartement. De même il nous a informés que les clients précédents avaient cassé le bouton d’ouverture de la porte de la machine à laver et, qu’étant en plein mois d’aout, il lui avait été impossible de la réparer. Il nous a confirmé qu’elle était à présent réparée. Il nous confirme également avoir vérifié le robinet et avoir réparé la fuite. Enfin il nous a confirmé que la personne de contact parlait parfaitement italien et un peu anglais, mais qu’elle ne parlait malheureusement pas français, il s’excuse pour les inconvénients.

  le point fort de cet appartement : tout se visite à pied en fermant la porte !!!!! Propriétaire très sympathique.
