Schöne Wohnung in 5 Minuten Entfernung vom Piazza Navona

  La ubicación es inmejorable. Todo esta a diez minutos. El apartamento se hace un poco pequeño para los 5, pero esta bien para una semana. Lo peor el aire acondicionado que es con 2 aparatos móviles que tienes que ir trasladando por la casa para tenerla a una temperatura adecuada. En general, muy bien.

  Ermano fue muy amable y dispuesto a guiarnos en nuestra estadia en Roma,nos tenia un listado de lugares imperdibles que fueron muy buenos datos y nos coordino el taxi desde el aeropuerto a la propiedad lo que facilito mucho nuestra llegada.

  Great location. The apartment was spotlessly clean and big enough for a family of 5. E., our local contact, was excellent and really helpful. The booking was easy and hassle free.

  The flat is smaller than appears on website but was a good size for a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and we used it only to sleep (?) and shower in. The beds were clean and comfortable but the flat itself could do with a thorough clean. We could not fall sleep till after 5 am on our first night due to a ...disco in building across and 100s of people on the street below, but other 3 nights were perfect as there was no disco night on. The owner (E) explained this happens occasionally. This was our only issue. Overall, the location of the flat is excellent for sightseeing by foot.  

  Excellent emplacement, 2 salle de bains très correctes. En revanche, pas de vraie climatisation (2 appareils amovibles dont l'un ne marchant pas et l'autre nécessitant l'ouverture d'une fenêtre). Appartement mal équipé et literie très médiocre (dont un lit d'appoint). Boite de nuit en face (heureusement fermée lors de notre séjour).

Cher Client, Le propriétaire confirma avoir contrôlé le système d’air conditionné, qui fonctionne à présent correctement. De même, il invite les clients à le contacter directement en cas d’incidence ou de doute afin de pouvoir les assister immédiatement.

  The location is fantastic and close by to all major tourist sites. The apartment is well equipped with all basic amenities. The flat was more compact than what it appears in the pictures but can comfortable accommodate 5 people as correctly stated. The apartment could do with some basic repair as ...some fixtures were hanging loose and some lights not working. Overall, the apartment was comfortable and convenient.The owner was fantastic! Good communication before and during the stay. Very helpful and willing to give you a brief guide around the city. You could organise transfers to and from the airport which is highly recommended. He's full of helpful tips of where to eat, where to go etc. and a very easy going character in general. Overall, would recommend this place to others. 

  Nice apartment, and placed in a great location (300 meters from the Pantheon and 5 minutes walk from Piazza Navona. The owner is also professional and always available to assist.

  Apartment sieht nicht so aus, wie auf dem Referenzfoto, war allerdings sauber, ausreichend gross und zweckmässig.
