Schöne Wohnung in 5 Minuten Entfernung von Piazza Navona

  We had a fabulous time in Rome and your apartment was fantastic. The only little anxiety for us was the staircases. We thought they were a bit unsafe. However everything else was first class.

  Nous souhaiterions remercier B. pour son amabilité. L'appartement est conforme aux photos du site et en excellent état. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

  The accommodation was superb, lovely old building completely modernised and spotlessly clean. It was in a perfect location just 5 minutes from Piazza Navona and well situated to get to the main places of interest. Our contact person Bianca was superb, really helpful, particularly on our last day ...helping us get a taxi during the most awful thunderstorm. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

  Location fantastica, appartamento fantastico , arredato con gusto e PULITISSIMO ! Un ringraziamento in particolare alla signorina B., che ci ha assistito meravigliosamente a tutte le ns richieste e consigliato dei ristoranti fantastici . Sicuramente e' ns intenzione ritornare . Grazie ancora che ci avete reso la nostra VACANZA ROMANA bellissima !

  Appartement très bien situe Idéal pour une famille

  Geweldig appartement . 5 min van de Engelenburcht en vlak bij het Navoda plein in het oude stadsdeel. Een echte aanrader.

  Alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Tolle Wohnung. Einziges Manko : die Couch. Die ist wirklich durchgesessen und verrutschte andauernd. Sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden.

  Die zentrumsnahe Lage ist sehr gut. Lediglich die Betten könnten etwas größer sein. Ab 1,80 Körpergröße wird es etwas knapp.

  Het appartement voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Vooral de airco was een pluspunt. Het is een zeer ruim appartement met alle nodige comfort. Het appartement is geschikt voor 5 personen. Er is één slaapkamer beneden en dan zijn er nog twee mezzanines waar respectievelijk 1 en 2 bedden staan. Deze ...zijn niet zo geschikt voor kleine kinderen. (een steile, smalle trap en geen beveiliging boven). Bianca heeft ons uitstekend opgevangen. Bij aankomst gaf ze ons veel extra informatie ivm de bezienswaardigheden. Ze heeft ook gezorgd voor taxivervoer (aanrader) terug naar de luchthaven. (prijs 55€, goedkoper dan met de trein en bus (5 personen en veel gemakkelijker.) Ook de aanwezigheid van WIFI is een pluspunt. We hebben genoten van een fantastische reis en gaan zeker nog eens terug. De vlotte opvolging. Het was de eerste keer dat we bij jullie boekten. Alles was duidelijk voorgesteld. Wat in de website staat klopt ook (de foto's). Enkele weken voor we vertrokken nam de eigenaar contact op voor de laatste afspraken.

  Logement spacieux, situé dans un quartier très agréable de Rome, idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied. Impeccable pour loger 5 adultes, un grande chambre et 2 mezzanines avec 3 lits individuels. Les marches des escaliers pour accéder aux mezzanines sont raides et ces deux espaces ne sont pas ...munis de garde-corps sécurisant pour le couchage de jeunes enfants. Nous avons apprécié les réponses précises apportées par mail avant le départ, la possibilité de réserver un taxi pour nous rendre directement à l'appartement et le quitter le jour du départ. L'accueil très agréable de la personne nous donnant les clés de l'appartement ainsi que la liste des restaurants remise le jour de notre arrivée. La simplicité des démarches de paiement à l'arrivée et au départ de l'appartement.

  We travelled as a group of 6 for 3 weeks in UK and Italy and this was one of the best apartment -- the host was friendly and helpful, the location was top notch, the flat was large enough for groups to hangout and yet there were many little niches for individuals to break away for some me-time. The ...apartment is very clean and new, it's on the second floor. The apartment is on the street with loads of restaurants, pubs and supermarket. Taxi drivers seem to know the location well. It's about 15 mins to the Vatican, 5 minutes to Piazza Novana, 10-15 minutes to the Pantheon. We just cannot ask for more for a big city like Rome. We felt strangely at home. Top notch visitor experience. Will make it our base for Rome should we come again. Thank you B. !

  the owner was very nice and a good communicator.

  All was great, the showers a liitle tired looking, but really that was all.

  Spacious and comfortable apartment. Great location - close to fabulous restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to main landmarks and attractions.

  The apartment was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning was good to have. The mezzanine bedrooms would not be suitable for children due to risk from falling. There was noise from the apartment above.The location was excellent, lots of restaurants, gelatos, small shops and grocery store ...nearby. Piazza Navona very close by, beautiful and great in the evening for eating out, street artists etc. Communication with the contact person was sometimes difficult due to language barrier.  

  El departamento es precioso amplio cómodo impecable. Fuimos en familia y una amiga de nuestra hija éramos 5 acomodados perfectamente. Pudimos gozar de la ubicación de un lugar precioso de Roma que no conocíamos tanto. Además un edificio antiguo muy lindo. Recomendaría a todos mis amigos y ...familia esté lindo apartamento. La acogida de B fue increíble. B preocupada de los más mínimos detalles. Nos tenía una serie de tips como donde desayunar restaurantes en los alrededores lugares para conocer. Todo acompañado de planos de la ciudad indicado en forma muy prolija y clara. El bar del lado donde desayunábamos todos los días y que sus dueños ya sabían por adelantado lo que pediríamos. Agregar también que todos esos lugares son no turísticos sino más bien de italianos. Gracias a B pudimos acceder a lugares típicos museos y otros que sin sus indicaciones imposible de acceder a ellos. Sin lugar a dudas la próxima vez en Roma será en este u otro de los apartamentos que tiene B ya que sin Ella se perderia gran parte de esta linda estadia. Familia Mendive K.
