Hübsche Ferienwohnung - 3 Minuten vom Kolosseum entfernt

  We had the most perfect weekend in Rome. Our apartment was in a brilliant location, just minutes away from the Coliseum. The owners were spectacular, and so quick to solve any issues we had. Close to the apartment, you could find all you needed- a stocked supermarket, lively bars and restaurants.... We used a few tour discounts provided by the company which really helped to make our trip all that more special. I definitely recommend this apartment 100%. 

  Personne de contact chaleureuse et serviable. Mauvais renseignement concernant la navette aéroport appartement. Nous avons payé 60€ alors que tous les taxis sont à 48 euros..... Etat de la salle de bain moyen. De gros travaux en cours sur la rue donnant sur une des chambres. (réveil très matinal...)Aucun geste commercial proposé!

  Gute Lage direkt am Kolosseum (zwar nicht völlig zentral, aber sehr gute Verbindungsauswahl verschiedener Buslinien). Um das Busnetz nutzen zu können, sollte man sich nicht nur die passenden Fahrscheine, sondern auch einen Liniennetzplan (erhältlich in den Tabbacci-Läden) erwerben. Der ...Supermarkt befindet sich drei Eingänge neben der FeWo. Weiterhin ist es völlig aussichtslos, in der Strasse oder im näheren Umkreis einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.  

  The apartment was ideally located walking distance to colosseum, a supermarket a few doors down & eating places close by. Apartment was clean, tidy & well equipped.

  The apartment was very old and rundown, furniture spoiled, sofa bed one of the leg spoiled, we have to be very careful not to touch it in case the whole bed collapsedThen the ceiling light many of them not working, the worst is the washing machine in the apartment, spoiled. T. promised she will send... someone to come fix it on mon nov 17 , however, this never happen. She did not fix the ceiling light , did not fix the washing machine, and said that is not her fault that the washing machine spoiled.worst stil, she accused us for spoling the washing machine when i feedback to oh-rome .com Last but not least, she promised that she will reimburse the laundry I did at a shop in rome,( i have the text message exchange kept in my mobile) she never turn up on my last day of check out, I did not get my money euro 50 back from her. Worst still, she promised to help us book a taxi on our last day check out nov19, however , this also did not happen.I have to call the cab myself.On the last day of our check out, she sent a cleaning lady who doesn’t speak English , I do not allow her to come in to the apartment , cos we do not know her, and T. never respond to our call to her to check on this lady. We cannot leave the apartment to a stranger who we doesn’t know her and does not speak English. In the end, a lady who spoke English come help us

But the owner also confirms that it has been repaired by now and now works correctly, exactly as the light bulbs. She also ensures that she has reviewed the state of the apartment and its equipment, and confirms that it is in good condition. We remind our customers that it is necessary to leave the apartment at the time agreed upon during the check-in, so that the cleaning can be done.

  lage war herrorragend, essen in der nähe sowie sehenswürdigkeiten. rom altstadt auch fußläufig erreichbar.störend bestimmt bei längerem aufenthalt wasser im waschbecken wurde nicht warm. im bad schimmel an der decke und außenwand , wäre der optik wegen einfach zu beheben. zuwenig geschirr in der küche.dennoch: für kurzurlaub sehr angenehm
