Moderne Ferienwohnung nur 10 Minuten bis zur Piazza Navona

  This is a great apartment in a great location, within walking distance to most of Rome's sights, great restaurants and gelaterias. It is easy to reach by bus from the main train station. The owner was very helpful, including organising a taxi for us for when we flew out. I found the bed very ...comfortable - almost too comfortable! The only downside is that the hot water tank didn't seem to be very big. After my partner took a five minute shower the water was only lukewarm for me. There's also a great little bakery across the road that came in handy a few times. 

  Die Lage ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen, auch jede Menge Restaurant und Bars in Gehentfernung. Sehr netter und hilfbereiter Vermieter, Ausstattung sehr gut und sauber, das Bett (Matratze) ein Traum! :-). Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, es ...ist aber ausreichend Geschirr/Besteck vorhanden und mit den 2 Kochplatten kommt man sicher auch aus. 

  Tout était conforme à nos attentes et même au-delà. La situation de l'appartement était idéale, très centrale avec tout un tas de commodités a proximité (petite supérette à moins de 100m, boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble, bus, etc etc). L'appartement était très frais (même sans la ...climatisation en marche), dans un immeuble très calme, très bien isolé phoniquement de la rue. Nous voudrions en outre remercier le propriétaire qui a été très aimable pour nous avoir permis de quitter l'appartement seulement en milieu d’après midi le jour de notre départ. C'est un appartement que je recommanderais sans resserve.

  Die Wohnung liegt, was man ja vorher weis, sehr nah an einer stark befahrenen Strasse - dank der guten Fenster ist es aber in der Wohnung ausgesprochen ruhig. Wir wurden von dem Vermieter auf die Sekunde pünktlich in Empfang genommen - prima! Alles in allem eine rund Sache, wir würden wieder kommen! Lieben Dank!

  L'appartement correspond tout a fait a la description. Il est très bien situé, nous avons pu rejoindre les différents centres d'intérêt à pied. L'accueil est cordial et le propriétaire au besoin vous donne conseils, adresses..Et il nous a même réservé notre taxi retour ça qui a été ...très confortable. C est une adresse que nous conseillons a nos amis.  

  Apartamento bien equipado y excelentemente comunicado. Los propietarios son muy agradables, con nosotros han sido flexibles con el check out lo cual agradezco sinceramente. En la finca hay una persona, también muy agradable a la que se puede recurrir en caso de problema, lo cual te da tranquilidad.... Lo mejor del apartamento es su excelente ubicación, te permite hacer todas las visitas de la ciudad a pie, además hay comercio cerca para poder comprar alimentos. Con el fin de contribuir a mejorar el servicio comento que hay dos temas menores que son mejorables, el wireless, es de baja potencia, y también he echado de menos que las camas tuvieran sábanas.  

  Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung war optimal. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vermieter spricht Italienisch und Englisch. Sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und gibt auch gute Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe.

  La nostra estada a Roma ha estat formidable gràcies a l'elecció d'aquest apartament. La ubicació és fantàstica per visitar el centre històric a peu, l'apartament. És tal i com es veu a les fotos: molt nou, ampli, molt polit,.. G, el propietari, va ser molt amable en tot moment donant-nos ...consells per aprofitar millor els dies de visita a Roma. Sense cap dubte, va ser un encert elegir aquest apartament, hem estat molt bé i ho aconsello a tots aquells que vulguin allotjar-se com a casa teva a un preu molt raonable. TANTE GRAZIE!

  The best thing is the location. Very convenient, 10 minutes walk to Vatican, direct bus to Termini. The apartment it self is very nice, big enough for four people to stay, everything looks new. A small express supermarket by the bus stop. Highly recommended.

  L'appartement 16999 brillamment situé sur la via dei Banchi Vecchi s'est avéré être la base idéale pour notre séjour de six jours à Rome. La tranquillité de l'appartement, sa propreté et sa fonctionnalité impeccables nous ont ravis et ont grandement contribué à faciliter nos ...déplacements ainsi que nos repas. L'appartement est à distance de marche de plusieurs attraits de Rome et des commerces d'alimentation sont tout près. De plus, l'accueil chaleureux de G, ses conseils, ses recommandations et son amabilité ont vraiment fait en sorte que tout soit parfait.  

  El departamento es amplio, bien ubicado y funcional. Es de destacar la provisión generosa de elementos que dan confort y facilitan la estancia de un viajero. El departamento es muy recomendable

  The apartment was beyond our expectations. Within walking distance to all major sites, fantastic restaurants nearby, grocery just around the corner and a nice bakery across the street. G. met us as planned and was helpful with suggestions to make our vacation even better. I would definitely recommend this property.

  Appartement très bien situé, très bien équipé, très fonctionnel et très propre. Possibilité de visiter les principaux sites touristiques romains à proximité sans recours aux transports en commun.Le propriétaire est particulièrement attentif et de bon conseil. Il nous a laissé la ...possibilité de laisser nos bagages pour ne pas nous en encombrer lors de la dernière journée.A recommander sans hésitation! 

  The appartment was very good located and furnished practically.The owner was very kind and attentive. Because the good and conveniently situated location the traffic is a bit noisy. We would take it allways again. Everything works excellent and our lessor was always in contact with us.The whole rent was very well organized.

  El apartamento se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, se puede visitar a pie y en pocos minutos todos los lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad. Los propietarios fueron muy atentos con nosotros. Totalmente recomendable. Quizá el único inconveniente es el agua caliente, que dura muy poco.

  Great location, we walked everywhere. The owners were delightful. The only negative was the street was a little noisy when the windows were open, otherwise the apartment was perfect.

  Très bel appartement et très bien situé dans Rome. Le propriétaire parle le français. Il nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Il y a une boulangerie juste en bas et 2 supermarkets à proximité. Je recommande cette location. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

  La atención por parte del propietario fue excelente, nos organizó la recogida y la vuelta al aeropuerto y nos dio la posibilidad de dejar nuestro equipaje hasta la hora de irnos al aeropuerto ya que era por la tarde. El apartamento estaba impecable con todos los utensilios de cocina nuevos asi ...como el resto del apartamento. Muy limpio y muy bien situado. Cerca de todo y con un supermercado Carrefour Express justo al doblar la esquina del apartamento y justo en frente una panadería ideal para los desayunos. No tenemos duda en que si volviéramos iríamos al mismo.  

  Lovely apartment, we really enjoyed it here. It is a beautiful apartment, extremely clean, very central and the owner was very friendly and helpful, giving advice and easily contactable. Definitely recommendable to others!!

  We were met by A when we arrived and immediately were shown wonderful hospitality. The apartment had everything we needed and its location is perfect.

  Appartement très agréable et en très bon état (literie, vaisselle...). Le seul bémol est la climatisation qui est bruyante. Le quartier est très bien et la propriétaire est charmante.

  Appartement très bien situé, en plein centre historique de Rome, à 10 min du Vatican. Il est également très propre, pas bruyant, avec une décoration moderne, avec une cuisine équipée. Une boulangerie en face et un carrefour express à 2 min. sont aussi très pratiques. Et cerise sur le ...gâteau: G, le propriétaire, est très accueillant (glaciers et pizzerias de premier choix !) et sérieux. Bref de quoi faire un séjour inoubliable dans cette superbe ville.

  Location, location, location !Close to all major sites...all within walking distances.Large, clean, spacious apartment with very comfortable bed and amenities provided ! Owner was away for a few days when we arrived but he had made arrangements with concierge to give us the keys and show us in. ...Smooth arrival and finally did get to meet the owner who offered his services if we needed.Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back and/or recommend this apartment to family and friends. 

  This apartment is located in a great area of the city, close to transportation, walking distance to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, etc. and many great shops & restaurants. The apartment is very nicely kept and had everything we needed for our stay. G was wonderful & gave us many suggestions on where ...to eat & what to do while in Rome. We would definitely stay here again!

  zentrale Lage (damit aber auch eher hoher Strassenlärmpegel), Kontaktperson unkompliziert, freundlich, problemlos erreichbar. Wohnung wie auf den Bilder abgebildet, zweckmäßig, schon etwas verwohnt

  The apartment has all the amenities you need. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are a bunch of grocery stores nearby, and a huge selection of restaurants within walkin distance. Not to mention, we walked to all the historic sights. The only difficulty was to reach the apartment ...from the airport by public transit. It takes time, however there is shuttle bus which stops close to the apartment. 

  Loved the neighborhood and building.

   El propietario bien, atento y puntual.El apartamento tiene una ubicación ideal para visitar Roma y el Vaticano andandoHay supermercado cercaPero es un primero ubicado en un edificio muy viejo, y nada aislado que resultó ser muy ruidoso.A simple vista estaba limpio pero necesitaría una limpieza ...más a fondo del inodoro y en la ducha la mampara tenia óxido en la parte inferior.Calidad_precio creo que fue caro.Si volviera a Roma buscaría un alojamiento por la misma zona pero en una calle más tranquila ya que el tráfico es continuo y x la noche nos despertó más de una vez. 

  L'emplacement de l'appartement rend tout déplacement facile. Il y a multitude de restos à proximité, de même qu'une épicerie et une boulangerie. L'appartement est propre et très confortable pour 2 personnes, avec un ascenseur pour monter les bagages au 2e étage. Le propriétaire est très ...gentil et il s'assure de votre bien-être.Si nous retournons à Rome, nous n'hésiterons pas à réserver cet appartement. Merci à G.
