      • although we were a little concerned about booking with a company on the internet outside the UK the communication and instructions we received by e-mail were excellent. the apartment was exactly like the photos and description on the web site.

      • Always kept me posted before travelling, very easy people to deal with, a lot of great apartment options. Great discount vouchers a lovely touch! I was mostly impressed that I got a call from someone askin if I needed help with my booking as I was unsure at the time.

      • A response to our email/text messages about the above issues would have been a very simple gesture and would have been appreciated -Instead we were ignored,

        We regret that your stay did not met your expectations and assure you that we have taken the necessary steps to solve the incidences found in the apartment and that we have made an agreement between the other parties.
