  - Please read my review for this apartment-- I had a poor experience with the owner, and the tone, lack of communication from your company and rude telephone agent only made my vacation even more stressful. The only bad thing about my entire Roman vacation was my interaction with this company. As a frequent international traveler who likes to plan things out in detail before each trip, that is saying a lot about the poor customer service of Oh-Rome.
