Description
This spacious 100m2 apartment can sleep up to five people and is located on the seventh floor of a beautiful building (with a lift). Located in Prati, one of the most elegant districts in Rome, guests can easily walk to the Vatican City. The central position means visitors can travel to the most important historical sites in the capital including the Piazza Navona, Castello Sant' Angelo and the Borgo Pio – a particularly picturesque area with narrow little streets and lots of typical restaurants.
The surrounding areas have a wide selection of shops and Via Ottaviano, Via Cola di Rienzo and Via del Corso are all fabulous shopping locations. There is a large car park alongside the avenue Via Andrea Doria. One of Rome’s oldest markets the Mercado Trionfale is also located nearby and is a fantastic spot for tasting the most typical Italian products brought into the city daily from the local countryside areas of Castelli Romani and Agro Pontino.
The area is also very well connected by metro (line A next to the apartment) and various bus lines that take just a few minutes to get into the historical city centre.
The apartment is made up of a long corridor that leads onto a large lounge with comfortable sofa bed, a table, TV and a door opening onto the terrace. There are two spacious bedrooms – the first with one double and one single bed, the second with two singles. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. There is also a functional bathroom fitted with a bath/shower. The most important feature and biggest advantage of the apartment is the wonderful terrace that is furnished with table and chairs and is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or just relaxing and admiring the fabulous views over the rooftops of Rome.

Extras
Check-in between 20.30h and 23.00h have a surcharge of 20€.
Check-in after 23.00h have a surcharge of 30€.
A stay tax of 2€ for day and for person will be charged to the clients. This tax can be apply for a maximum of 10 days and are exempt children under ten years.
The owner does not accept arrivals on the following dates: 25 and 31 December and on Easter Sunday.

No Wifi in the apartment which made things a little bit difficult but other than that the room was exactly as how it was described on the website. Very big rooms that comfortably slept 5. Walking distance to the vatican museums and hop on hop off bus stops. Owner didnt speak a lot of english but she... was still extremely helpful, even extending our check out til 4pm for no extra charge!

Stockwerk eines gepflegten Miethauses, besonders wertvoll ist die kleine Terrasse. Fast vor der Haustüre hält die Buslinie 70, welche direkt in ...die Altstadt (Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia) führt. Zur Metro Ottaviano sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. In der Via Andrea Doria nebenan findet sich ein Despar und der Mercato Trionfale mit seinen verchiedenen Lebensmittelhändlern, sodass auch der Einkauf leicht fällt.

This appartment is idelly situation for visiting Rome as it is within easy walking distance of Metro station and also within 10 minutes walk of St Peters and the Vatican Museums. It's a spacious appartment and has a nice balcony for sitting out for meals and also has fans in both bedrooms which was ...good in the heat of summer. It's an old appartment and is full of character and the views over the rooftops are lovely too! Had a great stay- thanks.
