Beautiful apartment a few minutes from the Foros Imperiales

Easy contact with owner, RV (receive and make the keys), out-of-hours contract, at our convenience.Housing lacks a bit of light (window) in \"dining area\"

Contact très facile avec propriétaire, pour RV (recevoir et rendre les clés), hors horaires prévus dans contrat, à notre convenance. Logement manque un peu de lumière (fenêtre) dans coin "salle à manger"

The apartment is quiet in a nice area with small shops and restaurants. We have felt we immediately comfortable - all rooms have air conditioning which constituted a veritable oasis in the summer heat, and everything was in good condition and clean. The owner was very nice in our first email contact... as well as on the ground. Kurzum-better it can not work actually, especially when the value for money. 

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem netten Stadtviertel mit kleinen Läden und Restaurants. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt - alle Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage, was bei der sommerlichen Hitze eine regelrechte Oase darstellte, und alles war in gutem Zustand und sauber. Der Vermieter war sowohl ...bei unserem ersten email-Kontakt als auch vor Ort sehr nett. Kurzum- besser kann es eigentlich nicht klappen, v.a. bei dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Very conveniently located for the ...sites to visit, the supermarket, the metro....The surety is a pay in cash at the beginning of the stay but have no fear the proprio is very straight 

Les seuls bémols car il faut en trouver sont: - l'escalier du dernier étage (très abrupte) - les joints de la salle de bain - les odeurs qui peuvent apparaître dans la salle de bain mais qui peuvent être éliminer par le ventilateur mis à disposition Mais a part ces 3 éléments, ...l'appartement est parfait!!! Très très bien situé autant pour les sites à visiter, le supermarché, le métro.... La caution est a verser en liquide au début du séjour mais n'ayez aucune crainte le proprio est très réglo

Se trata de un piso centrico muy silencioso, tanto a nivel de ruidos en la calle, como de los propios vecinos.

Apartment well located near CAvour metro, 5 min a feet from the Colosseum. Ideal for our family (a child of 4 years). Bathroom merit stroke of nine (joints, curtain shower, flexible and valves) Kitchenette practice (except a little antiquated gas plates) and well equipped (dishes, pots and ...pans...)Air conditioning in every useful parts summer because part of the housing is under a canopy. 

Appartement bien situe, a Proximité du métro CAvour, a 5min a pieds du Colisée. Idéal pour notre famille (un enfant de 4 ans). Salle d'eau mérite un coup de neuf (joints, rideau de douchE, flexible et robinetterie) Kitchenette pratique (sauf les plaques au gaz un Peu vieillottes) et bien ...équipée (vaisselle, casseroles...) Air conditionne dans ttes les pièces utile l'été car une partie du logement est sous une verrière.  

9 Housing clear and clean, very well placed for visits to the sites.One problem of very bad odour from bathroom sewer we have forced to the window of the bathroom open permanently.

9 Logement clair et propre, trés bien placé pour les visites des sites. Un seul problème de trés mauvaises odeurs d'égout provenant de la salle de bain nous ont obligé de laisser la fenêtre de la salle de bain ouverte en permanence.

7/10 housing very well place in Rome. but very rude staircase climb for a man of 80 years. so the clear in the description .a little more material for cooking would be good. attention during the months warm this apartment can be suffocating. good home owner.

7/10 logement très bien place dans Rome. mais escalier très rude a monter pour un monsieur de 80 ans . donc bien le précisé dans les descriptif . un peu plus de matériel pour cuisiner serais bien. attention pendant les mois chauds cet appartement peut être étouffante. bonne accueil du propriétaire.

Very well at all points of the view.A small flat on the contact with the person. We were unable to include Sunday (day of the beginning of the rental), which can be harmful if the location begins this day.But very nice and helpful person.Excellent accommodation, clean, well located and whose owner ...is very friendly.Ideal for 2 people who want to easily access the historic centre.A absolutely recommend. 

Très bien à tous points du vue. Un petit bémol cependant sur le contact avec la personne. Il nous a été impossible de la joindre le dimanche (jour du début de la location), ce qui peut être préjudiciable si la location commence ce jour là. Mais personne très sympa et serviable. Un ...excellent logement, propre, bien situé et dont le propriétaire est très sympathique. Idéal pour 2 personnes souhaitant accéder facilement au centre historique. A recommander absolument.
