This beautiful 45m2 apartment can comfortably sleep up to three people and is located on the 3rd floor (with a lift) of a historical XVIII century building in the historical centre of Rome, just a short stroll from the Piazza di Spagna (350m), Via Frattina, Via del Corso and the most famous shopping streets with wonderful designer shops and boutiques.
The strategic location means visitors can travel quickly and easily to the most interesting sites of tourist and cultural interest in Rome; the apartment is just 250 metres from metro station on line A "Barberini", and the area is well-connected with numerous buses and taxis.
The apartment was completely reformed in 2011 and is noteworthy for its old details such as the original XVIII century wooden caisson-style ceilings and its tasteful furnishing with all mod cons available. The main hall opens onto a large and cozy lounge with American-style fully-equipped kitchen with table and chairs for enjoying meal times. This also leads onto a beautiful furnished small balcony with views. The large double bedroom is decorated in soft and relaxing shades, and also has access to a higher level with a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a practical shower cabin.
There is air conditioning and internet connection available throughout the house as well as 2 bicycles to use for exploring Rome. It is the ideal accommodation choice for both business and leisure travelers to the Eternal City.
Also, the owner offers you the chance to participate in a wine tasting of a famous winery, just 200 metres away from the apartment. The tasting will be held by a certified sommelier, who will surprise you with wonderful combinations of wine and different food.

R. arranged the transfer from the airport to the apartment, We recommend this to everybody, especially if you have never been to Rome. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Everything you need is there. The mattress on the bed is nice and thick. Wi-Fi and satellite tv works fast and we just had BVN ...< span id = \"points-expand-27479067b0ef4f024cad27f6990c5fb4\" > ... < span class = \"hidden\" 27479067b0ef4f024cad27f6990c5fb4 \"id =\" expand-> channel, which is a dutch tv channel. Within 5 minutes walk from Spanish Steps and on the other side 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Many restaurants and Spar supermarket within minutes, very nice especially after a day or lots of walking. The Metro nearby, which we hardly used as one should explore Rome by foot. Very safe neighbourhood and the building is very secured and totally quiet. Raffaella is a perfect host and we thank her for our perfect stay! This place is the best!

Didn\'t work the internet and cable tv presented problems. If well is very well located, is low light, wet and smell of closure.

This is a gorgeous apartment in a fabulous location in Rome. We stayed there with our 11 month old son and found it good for babies too. Our contact person arranged a cot and there is a lift so no problem using a stroller. We highly recommend this apartment.

We have lived wonderful days in Rome. The accommodation is perfect! Clean, romantic ambience and central location and still calm, as well as the unbeatable support. (((Thank you R.Unbedingt to recommend:)))) as a tip to the landlord, a bottle of water in the fridge and things like salt, pepper, oil, sponge would all still complete.We come back!
Wir haben wunderbare Tage in Rom verlebt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt! Sauberkeit,romantisches Ambiente und die zentrale Lage und trotzdem Ruhe, sowie die Betreuung unschlagbar. Vielen Dank R. Unbedingt zu empfehlen : ))) Als Tipp an den Vermieter,eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank und Dinge... wie Salz,Pfeffer,Öl,Schwamm würden das ganze noch abrunden. Wir kommen wieder !!!!
