This house is an authentic work of art set in a historical building built in 1500. It is said that the chapel was erected on the request of Caccialupi to prove his dedication to the catholic faith; commissioning the inner courtyard to Bramante.
Completely reformed in 2011and after several interventions for plumbing work and conservation restoration under the direct surveillance of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Assets, the building has been transformed into a beautiful residence that offers art lovers the chance to experience a real piece of history.
The strategic location of the accommodation means visitors can easily reach the main sites of tourist and historical interest in the Eternal City. The area is home to numerous restaurants, cafeterias and night venues to watch the sun go down.
The 110m2 apartment can comfortably sleep up to four people. A refined decoration combines modern features with antique furnishing that add a beautiful finishing touch to the structure and create a really unique atmosphere. The residence is divided over two levels; on the first floor the main entrance is through a beautiful doorway leading onto a large, elegant and cozy lounge with a large book case at the back of the room that separates the bedroom area with a single bed.
A delightful spiral staircase leads up to the second floor with a studio that has a large single bed and an elegant ambience; the perfect place for guests to rest after a long day’s sightseeing around the streets of Rome. Heading back to the entrance on the left-hand side there is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and on the right the carefully- designed bathroom with a wonderful bath. Another wrought iron stair case is located towards the main doorway and leads up to the main bedroom – an intimate and really cozy space.
