Description
This sunny apartment was reformed in 2012 and is located at the foot of the Coliseum and the Foro Romano. The 65m2 attic can comfortably sleep up to four people and is located on the fourth floor (without a lift) of an old building in a picturesque street in the historical district of Monti.
The residence is distributed over two floors; on the first floor there is a small passageway with a window decorated with plants. On the left-hand side there is a perfectly equipped modern kitchen with a table and chairs. On the right hand side there is a lounge with double sofa bed for individual use, LCD television and music stereo system. All the rooms are decorated with beautiful pictures and sculptures. On the first floor there is also a well-fitted bathroom and a shower cabin. A comfortable stairway leads to the large bedroom, without a door and with two windows that includes a double bed, single bed, two wardrobes and a TV.
The strategic location of the apartment allows guests to walk to the main areas of interest in the Eternal City. The neighbourhood is home a number of craft shops, restaurants and pubs and is well connected to the rest of the city by public transport. The metro station Cavour (line B) is in Via Leonina.

It was an unpleasant surprise, that there was no elevator as mentioned in the text.Passing was competent and friendly.Did deliver the clothing to change just fine - a towel per person could be given any more-

Absolutely harmonious price-performance ratio! Apartment well equipped for Roman standards. Unfortunately were given kitchen utensils such as toaster and coffee maker. Nothing despite destro have we we felt very comfortable. Metro station is 100 metres away all sights ... are also easy to reach on ...foot. We have used the Metro only in case of \"emergency\". You should when choosing the apartment but be jerk term that it ;) - 94 levels to the apartment on the fourth floor are so nothing for Fusslahme for 2 persons apartment optimally, with more people I would recommend another apartment. It was great that we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure until the evening at the home.
Absolut stimmiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Für römische Verhältnisse gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Leider fehlten angegebene Küchenutensilien wie z.B. Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Nichts destro trotz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Metrostation ist 100 m entfernt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten... sind jedoch auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben die Metro nur im "Notfall" benutzt. Man sollte bei der Auswahl der Wohnung jedoch berucksichtigen, dass es 94 Stufen zur Ferienwohnung im vierten OG sind-also nichts für Fusslahme ;) - für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung optimal, mit mehr Personen würde ich eine andere Wohnung empfehlen. Toll war, dass wir am Abreisetag unser Gepäck bis abends in der Wohnung lassen durften.

Very well placed Rome accommodation with easy access to the metro and the Collyse! Beautiful apartment very clean and well decorated only small drawback it is located on the 5th floor without elevator, it is necessary to have good legs!

Very well located housing: the colissée nearby, the district is alive with restaurants, nice bars. The person that received us was at our disposal for all practical advice, housing as it is very clean, functional, and quiet.

very nice, well located apartment. We were able to walk a maximum of visits. The bathroom is actually small but functional. We have delighted our stay and our accommodation. Home very friendly with good advice for the stay.
