Spacious and sunny apartment in the youthful San Lorenzo

  Die Lage in Nähe vom Bahnhof ist sehr gut und man kann von dort aus alles zu Fuß erreichen. Leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass das Appartement in einem Innenhof einer Häuserfront liegt ,die gerade renoviert werden. Dadurch gehen die Bauarbeiten ab 7.30 Uhr los und das ist sehr laut. Auch ...ist das Haus sehr schlecht isoliert und die Nachbarn über uns feierten bis Nachts 03.15 Uhr. Sollten die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sein wird es ein sehr schöner Innenhof werden.  

  B. was a lovely enthusiastic owner who met us bang on time (1pm) and was really welcoming and helpful. She gave us loads of advice about the area, transport etc. The Apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from the termini rail / bus station. The San Lorenzo area is very studenty with good value local ...supermarkets and bars (We found bars selling San Miguel or Peroni at 1.50 euros.) The apartment is of good standard with 2 double en suite rooms. Dining area has a very well equipped kitchen. The only slight drawback was the lack of natural light but this helped keep the apartment cool. The air conditioning was a God send. Although the general building is being refurbished, we were not disturbed at all.  

  The apartment has everything you'll need. Good location & price.

  Lorsque nous avions regardé le site, il était écrit qu'il y avait eu des travaux 6 mois avant... hélas, .les travaux duraient toujours, un peu bruyant!!

  Unser Aufenthalt in Rom war super. Die Wohnung ist wirklich empfehlenswert!

  Todo muy bien y limpio. Sólo decir que los vecinos protestaron el último día porque los niños hacían ruido en un patio común que tiene la casa caundo estaban jugando ( nos juntamos ese día tres parejas con 9 niños, y fue sólo el rato del desayuno) y la dueña nos llamo la atención . Perdón B . Por lo demás de lujo

  The apartment was excellent. The owner met us there and explained everything. We loved the fact that both bedrooms had their own en-suite. Plenty of room to spread out for the 4 of us. Lovely and quiet. 10 out of 10

  Sehr ruhige Lage.Keine Lärmbelästigung durch Verkehr oder andere Haus-Bewohner.Sehr saubere Ausstattung.Nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Metro.Sehr gute Beratung durch die Vermieterin.Zu empfehlen

  Great location lots of bars and restaurants in thé area. Apartment is fantastic one of thé best Ones we have stater in. And måny Thanks to B for letting us keep thé apartment until 17.30 ås we had a late flight home.Would highly recommend to everyone.

  Le quartier manque vraiment de propreté, mais une fois que l'on est entré dans l'immeuble, tout est bien entretenu, à commencer par le patio. L'appartement lui-même est agréable et en bon état. Couple de grands-parents d'un côté, couple avec une ado de l'autre, nous avons apprécié la ...disposition des pièces, et le fait que chacune des deux chambres possède sa propre salle de bains avec WC. Quelques bémols : pour l'une des salles de bains, l'étroitesse de la cabine de douche ; et des espaces de rangement des vêtements globalement insuffisants dans les chambres. 

  ruhige Lage in einem Innenhof,großzügig geschnitten,zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad,Wohnküche gut ausgestattet,nur ein paar scharfe Messer fehlen-trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einem Viertel,wo man noch mehr Römer als Touristen findet

  The location is very convenient. It's near to the Termini. Two buses nearby can bring you to most of the locations. There are supermarket,shops and restaurants nearby. The house is clean and in good condition. The owner was very helpful and even met us on the street when we were lost. Internet ...connection is a bit slow. It stopped working in the evening before we left. It worked again after contacting owner and reset router in the next room. Overall, we enjoyed our staying there. 

  séjour très agréable à Rome, bon accueil, super location pour deux couples avec deux vraies salles de bain, à proximité des transports et petits commerces. A recommander.

  Très bel appartement et une propriétaire aux petits soins avec ses locataires et disponible 24h/24.Je recommande vivement cette location.

  Tout était très bien, aussi bien l'appartement, que le quartier et le propriétaire.

  Walking distance from metro, train station and groceries. Washing machine, but no dryer. Well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Comfortable stay. Very central for walking out to main sites. Felt a little rough on the edges at night walking from metro back.
