This modern apartment was completely reformed in 2012 and has been tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. The main colour shades are white and chrome which add a cheerful and unique ambience to the decoration.

The 60 m2 apartment has been designed to sleep up to five people and is located on the first floor (without a lift) of a historical building in the heart of the Monti district. The main entrance leads onto a small corridor that links all the rooms in the house. This leads to the lounge which is fitted with two sofas (one a double sofa bed) and is the ideal spot to unwind after a long day of visiting the capital. The modern well-equipped kitchen has table and chairs to enjoy meal times. The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed and single sofa bed. The bathroom is well furnished and has a shower cabin. There is free WIFI internet service available, and air conditioning for face the summertime.

The strategic location means visitors can walk to all the most important sites of tourist and historical interest in the city. It is just a short stroll to the Coliseum and the Foros Imperiales, the famous Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi and many others. It is just 500 metres from the metro stop Cavour on line B and the Termini Station which is served by all the metro lines in the city. The area is home to numerous bars, cafeterias, pizzerias, wine cellars and restaurants to taste authentic Italian cuisine as well as typical shops, book stores and supermarkets.
