Historical apartment block. In the centre of Roma, in the district Fontana di Trevi, in a central position. Shop 50 m, restaurant 20 m, bar, bus stop 50 m, underground station "Piazza di Spagna" 600 m. Please note: no elevator. The house is located in one of the most prestigious districts of Rome, just a few steps away from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso.

"Ein tolles Apartment, genügend Platz und wirklich gleich um die Ecke der Fontana di Trevi. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr ruhig (alle Fenster Richtung Innenhof), das Apartment absolut sauber, und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten (4 Mokka-Kaffeemaschinchen, Wasserkocher, Kochtöpfe, Bügelbrett+Bügeleisen etc). Der einzige Nachteil war, dass Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche relativ dunkel waren, man musste also beim Frühstück das Licht aufdrehen. Andererseits ist das auch sehr angenehm wenn es draussen so heiss ist (und es gibt auch Klimaanlage), und ausserdem ist man als Tourist sowieso die meiste Zeit nicht in der Wohnung. Die Kontaktaufnahme zur Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos - trotz Verspätung durch Stau konnte man die Dame am Handy erreichen und sie sprach Englisch und Deutsch. Wir waren alle (6 Personen) sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder nehmen. Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis also absolut toll! Very nice apartment with lots of space at a fantastic location (we did not need public transport at all). It is quiet, clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (little coffee machines, water cooker, pans, etc), even an ironing board. The only downside is that living room and dining room are rather dark, but you'll probably spend most of the time outside anyway. The contact person (with the key) was also very helpful, and the lady on the phone spoke both english and german. We (6 persons) were all very happy and certainly recommend the apartment! "
