  Excellente situation,logement décoré avec gout,très bons lits,pas de bruit. Restaurants valables à côté, station de taxi à proximité. (ce sont juste de tout petits détails qui pourraient être améliorés: plus grande cafetière, une éponge et un torchon de cuisine de plus, des sacs poubelles.)

  We stayed at this amazing apartment on a long weekend break this April. The apartment is small with little fills, but what it lacks in luxuries it makes up for in rustic charm and character. Its location is perfect, albeit a little confusing to find. Being based in the old centre of Rome meant we ...could walk to all of the major attractions. The narrow streets around the apartment are full of cafes, bars and restaurants. The check-in/out process was seamless and the Agent was very helpful when trying to answer all of our questions. We couldn’t recommend this apartment highly enough if you want a rustic, lively and real Rome experience this is it.. We already have, and will continue to recommend this apartment to friends.   Sie ist sehr gemütlich und die Lage ist wunderbar, allerdings ist er viel Schimmel im Bad. Was man uns unbedingt bei der Ankunft hätte mitteilen müssen, war die aktive Baustelle im Hinterhof mit einem wahnsinnig lauten Kompressor, der spätestens um 8 Uhr angemacht wurde und den ganzen Tag lief.... Für diesen Umstand war die Wohnung zu teuer oder es hätte eine Alternative angeboten werden müssen.

  The apartment's equipment wasn't good at all. When we arrived, it hadn't been cleaned yet, and we didn't find a single roll of toilet paper. By the way, the toilet doesn't have air circulation at all, which makes it a very hot place. In addition, the taps need to be revised, for the water comes out ...the way it wants and it's rather difficult to have a shower. Finally, just say that the apartment is not suitable for tall people.

Please note that in this apartment the check-in is from 2pm on, so if the owner agrees exceptionally on an earlier check-in time or allows his clients to leave their luggage, it is possible that the apartment is not yet clean and prepared. The owner confirms having checked the bathroom faucets.

  The only good thing about this place is LOCATION. Apt. owner was not obliging.Our last day there was the day they finally fixed MOST problems. A/C: BROKEN! We wasted much of our vacation time due to negligence and ignoring requests. Internet connection: code ambiguously written: so no internet for ...over a day because staff delayed helping. The room was musty and had little air or daylight. The bedroom is up a narrow, steep staircase about impossible to climb, the ceiling upstairs is so low even a short adult cannot stand up. We had to crouch up there. No place to walk alongside the bed, poor air circulation up there, no AC or window up there. Outlets: scarce and located poorly. Awful service. Bad lighting, no soap in bathroom. One roll of toilet paper for our entire stay till last day.  

  The best is the apartment's location, but at 8 in the morning a machine's noise woke us up every day. The horse had insufficient utensils. The fridge didn't work. Most plugs didn't work and the shower was always watering. Forget about cooking, there's no extractor. The apartment could be nice with the right equipment.
