Elégant appartement à côté du Vatican

  l'appartement est logement de standing et je dirai aux gens qu'il y a un vrai rapport qualité prix pour la prestation qui est proposée (faites souvent des promos comme cela. ça marche.

  El departamento estuvo perfecto!!! La ubicacion perfecta, incluso mejor de la que esperabamos y la atencion y trato de de la persona encargada fue excelente. La verdad es que estuvimos encantados y muy bien sorprendidos poor el trato, las condiciones del departamento y su ubicacion, por lo que por... seguro lo recomendaremos y regresaremos. Muchas gracias por todo. Todo estuvo excelente y el trato y atencion de oh-rome fueron magnificos. Muchas gracias. Seguro los recomenfaremos y volveremos a utilizar,

  L' appartamento era pulito e ci ha accomodato piacevolmente tutti e cinque. L' unico neo negativo e` stata l' aria condizionata che, per mancanza di corrente, lasciava funzionare un condizionatore su tre. Le valvole della corrente scattavano ogni qualvolta si accendeva piu` di un elettrodomestico.

  El apartamento es fantástico, muy amplio, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, limpio, buenos colchones..... Era un placer llegar a él después de andar horas y horas ya que te sentías a gusto y como en casa. El barrio donde está situado (Prati) está muy bien comunicado con metro, ...autobuses y tranvías, con mucha gente por las calles y a un tiro de piedra del Vaticano (merece la pena pasear por allí de noche) La atención de la propietaria muy buena y el detalle de las pastas como regalo de bienvenida, espectacular. Perfecto. Repetiremos con ellos en otra ciudad europea. 

  Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Appartment ist verkehrstechnisch gut erschlossen und hat in jeder Beziehung der Beschreibung entsprochen. Sehr sonnig, hell und geräumig, sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kontaktperson war sehr zuvorkommend, flexibel und freundlich. Auch ideal mit Kindern. ...Gute EInkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Wir kommen wieder. 

  Mooi appartement, zeer schoon, hele goede matrassen. Goede restaurants vlakbij. Wij waren met 3 personen maar het appartement is ook geschikt voor 6 personen.

  El alojamiento es perfecto y está equipado con todo lo necesario, tanto para estancias cortas como largas. El barrio, al lado del Vaticano está lleno de comercios y buenos sitios para comer. Para mi GENIAL.

  Das Apartment ist sehr ansprechend und bequem eingerichtet. In der großen Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wohlfühlfaktor 100 % !! Sehr empfehlenswert!

  L'appartamento é bellissimo, molto spazioso e ben arredato. Anche la pulizia é impeccabile. Ci siamo stati molto bene sia per quanto riguarda l'appartamento, la palazzina (bella e silenziosa) che per la zona, tra le piú centrali e ben collegate della cittá . Se proprio dobbiamo dare un consiglio... ai proprietari, sarebbe bene sistemare le doccie, la rubinetteria non ha il miscelatore per cui é difficile avere una temperatura costante, e lo scolo dell'acqua é atturato. Un appartamento cosí bello si merita miglior cura dei sanitari.

  Eine tolle Wohnung. Sie liegt direkt an der Mauer zum Vatikan. Die Metro ist in ein paar Minuten zu ereichen, und es gibt tolle Lokale und Läden ganz in der Nähe.

  Realmente fue excelente la atencion de G. y su familia. El departamento es excepcional, tiene todo lo que necesitas.

  Excelente todo. El apartamento es muy lindo y está muy bien ubicado: a dos cuadras del vaticano y tres del metro. G es muy amable y se preocupa por el bienestar de sus huespedes. Super recomendable!

  Lugar agradable y centrico

  The apartment was perfect.It was clean,and big.Bedrooms were fine and clean.Bathrooms were nice too.But the best of all was the really good location.Just 500m from the St Peter square.I suggest this apartment to all and especially to groups.Finally the owner of the apartment was very kind.

  The location of where the apartment is fantastic. G. was gret to del with and very understanding of our circumstances. I would highly recommend staying in the apartment.

  It was a really clean, modern apartment, and the location was amazing! It is 5 minutes from Saint Peter's square and 10 minutes from the metro, and there was loads of shops and restaurants in the area. The contct person was there the moment we arrived waiting for us, she responded to emails efficiently and everything was dealt with really quickly.

  Die Wohnung hat ein tollen, mediteranen Stil. Sie ist sehr geräumig und ruhig. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten super. Vatikanstadt und das Zentrum liegen in nmittelbarer Nähe, sowie Einkaufmöglichkeit und Restaurants. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für die unkomplizierte Übergabe/Abnahme der Wohnung.

  Die Wohnung hat genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Wir hatten mit 6 Personen ausreichend Platz. Wünschenswert wäre vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine und der Hinweis, dass man das 2. Badezimmer nicht unbedingt zumet Duschen nutzen kann. -Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön mit Ikeamöbeln ...eingerichtetD.ie Lage ist super, guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Die Fenster muss man nachts schließen, wenn man schlafen möchte. Hervorragend war die Begegnung mit G. Sie wartete schon auf uns. Vielleicht sollte man darauf hinweisen, dass man nur mit Schlüssel das Haus und Innenhof verlassen kann.  

  Wir waren mit unseren Töchtern zur Goldenen Hochzeit in Rom und sehr zufrieden! Es war wirklich sehr schön, die Wohnung ist sehr nett, ganz in der Nähe des Vatikans gelegen (nur manchmal gibt es ein klein wenig Lärm). Vielleicht könnte man noch die Strassenbahnlinien angeben? Die Wohnung ist ...sehr gut angebunden, nur muss man natürlich wissen, wo man suchen muss. Zum Trastevere kommt man zum Beispiel mit dem Bus Nr. 15, allerdings fährt dieser hinter einem grossen Parkhaus ab. 

  Beautiful apartment, locatoin was excellent 5 min walk from Ottaviono station, you can see the Vatican walls from most of the windows, we had a little trouble working the air cons, but nothing major. The Owners where lovely, deffinetly would reccomend to a friend.:)

  Location is very convenient especially if you intend to visit the Vatican. Don't be put off by the external facade of the building. The interior of the flat is close to what you see on photos on the website which is significantly better than the exterior.

  De contactpersoon schrijft en spreekt goed Engels. Prima appartement op zo'n 50 m. van een druk plein met redelijk veel verkeer en horeca en vlak bij Vaticaanstad. Het ligt op de 5e verdieping. Gelukkig is er een lift. Binnenplaats en portiek/trappenhuis alleen toegankelijk voor sleutelhouders. ...Netjes ingericht en schoon. Tweepersoons bedbank in woonkamer is tevens de enige "luie" zitmogelijkheid. Airconditioning in woon- en slaapkamers, wel luidruchtig.  

  La estancia en el departamento fue magnífica. Todo correcto. Excelente!!!!

Cher Client, Le propriétaire confirme qu’il vérifiera le fonctionnement de l’air conditionné afin de garantir à tous ses clients un séjour le plus confortable possible.

  Très bonnes prestations. Un petit bémol tout de même, le départ était prévu à partir de 11h le dimanche et la femme de ménage a sonné à la porte à 8h30, en indiquant que les locataires suivants étaient déjà là. Dommage, je recommande tout de même l'appartement.

  The location of the apartment is fabulous, lovely buzz in the area. So close to st Peters and the Vatican and so near the metro to visit the sites. The apartment itself is beautiful and when I return to Rome I will definetely stay here. G. was excellent too, her E. was superb and she was very helpful .

  Bis auf Kleinigkeiten war alles perfekt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

  Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Petersplatz (10min) zu Fuß - super. Im Treppenhaus gibt es einen Aufzug, daher ist die 5. Etage kein Problem. Die Räume sind sehr sauber, auch die beiden Bäder. Es befindet sich eine Klimaanlage in den Räumen, die wir jedoch nicht benötigt haben. ...Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Was wir hier nur vermisst haben ist ein Toaster und für die Spülmaschine war kein Spülmittel vorhanden. Vom Balkon der Küche aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf einen gepflegten Innenhof. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung bestens weiterempfehlen, auch die Kontaktaufnahme zur Vermieterin hat problemlos und schnell funktioniert.  

  Zentrale Lage Vatikan - sowohl zum Petersplatz als auch zu den Vatik. Museen ! U-Bahn Station Ottaviano ebenfalls klasse für Rom-Verhältnisse ein Katzensprung. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben nicht selbst gekocht, können daher ...zur modernen Küchenausstattung nicht viel sagen - es machrt aber alles einen guten Eindruck. Matrazen der Betten sehr gut, was zu einem angenehmen Schlaf und viel Erholung nach einem anstrengenden Besichtigungstag verhilft. Heizung lief von Morgens um 7 bis Abends um 11 Uhr und machte die Wohnung angenehm warm (eine unserer Befürchtungen, es könnte nicht so sein, war damit erledigt). Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zur Vermieterin G. , die uns schon vor dem Eingangstor erwartete - vielen Dank nochmals -  

  Très propre, très bien situé, service courtois et attentionné des responsables.

  Non seulement un emplacement idéal juste à côté du Vatican mais encore et surtout un très bel appartement vaste, lumineux, pratique, bien aménagé, donnant d'un côté sur une rue assez calme, de l'autre sur une vaste cour intérieure dont on peut profiter depuis un petit balcon à l'arrière ...de la cuisine. Le centre de Rome peut être atteint sans difficultés depuis la station de métro située à 5 minutes. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement pour les familles de 4 à 6 personnes.

  Genoten van ons verblijf in Rome. Grote lof voor G, die steeds heel snel (in Engelse taal) reageerde op onze mails en met ons meedacht. Zij zorgde voor vervoer van en naar het vliegveld, perfect geregeld! Op laatste dag mocht bagage nog blijven staan tot vertrek van vliegtuig 's avonds, geweldig! ...Het appartement was heerlijk ruim en schoon, héél goede matrassen op alle bedden, een fijne en royale bedbank in de woonkamer, voldoende kastruimte, goed uitgeruste keuken, een gezellig klein balkon met uitzicht op schitterende binnenplaats, droger, wasmachine en vaatwasser (incl. wasmiddelen), omgeven door heel veel leuke restaurants en winkels, bussen op 2 minuten lopen, metro en Sint Pietersplein op 5 minuten lopen. Het was subliem! We bevelen het zeer aan en met dank aan Gabriella! 

  I'm rating this apartment as basic for these reasons, and I have rented many an apts in EuropeWhile VERY spacious, it totally lacked some VERY basicamenities, making what COULD be a nicely styled apartment feel like a hostel:No waste container in bathroom, no shelf in shower to hold soap or shampoo,... minimum towels offered, nor any soap offered.Living room had one sofa so NO other option to lounge with comfort if 4 people rent the space (surely 4 will as there are 2 bedrooms--Gabriella, please purchase more seating!!)No extra blankets or pillows. No american style coffee maker, just a vintage stovetop Italian style for one cup only! Bare essentials in kitchen for preparing meals in regards to bowls, knives, ovenware. No apt book to guide you for anything in the apt or in the city!  

  La proximité du Vatican , super appartement spacieux .

  Sehr schön, alles in Ordnung! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist exquisit, in 5 Minuten ist man sowohl am Petersplatz als auch an der Metro-Station Ottaviano. Sie liegt im vierten Stock, ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Die Kontaktperson hat immer sehr schnell reagiert. Als ein Stromausfall auftrat, wurde das Problem noch am selben Vormittag ...gelöst. Sehr nett war, dass sie für uns die Taxifahrten vom und zum Flughafen arrangiert hat.Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos. Sie war sauber, und die Matratzen sind super. Einige wenige kleinere Mängel fielen angesichts der erwähnten Vorzüge nicht ins Gewicht. 

  Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Lage optimal.

  Pleasant part of the city, great access to Vatican. Close to underground trains.

  Logement utilisé 10 jours par une famille de 7 personnes.Logement conforme à la description : salle de séjour agréable, appartement dans un bon immeuble (bel escalier, entrée par une grande cour fermée), cuisine complète, 7 couchages (avec le grand canapé lit du séjour).Emplacement très ...bien : très près de la place Saint Pierre et du métro Ottaviano, place Navonne à 20 minutes à pieds (une promenade), commerces à proximité.Personne de contact agréable et de confiance. 

  The apartment is very spacious. The beds are excellent. Some condos cheap out on mattresses which can make for a bad sleep. This condo has hotel quality beds. The kitchen is well equipped if you are planning to cook. I used the washing machine which has a convenient 14 minute program. There is a ...balcony towards the back of the apartment where you can hang your clothes to dry. Five minute walk to St. Peter's, Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museum. Two minute walk to the Metro station. We used the metro which is fast, affordable and very conveniently located. You deal directly with the owner (G). She was responsive to all my emails, she booked transfers to and from airport for us. Everything went fabulous! I would rent this apartment if I ever have the blessing of going back to Rome! 

  El apartamento es grande y bien ubicado, pero la limpieza sobre todo de los baños y puertas deja mucho que desear, por lo demas todo bien.

  Ausgezeichnete Lage, mittendrin, 5 Minuten zum Petersplatz und zu den Vatikanischen Museen. Pizza, Eis, diverse Geschäfte fußläufig. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Sehr bequeme Betten. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Gasherd. Großer Esstisch. Gut funktionierende Heizung und Dusche, daher ...auch für kältere Monate bestens geeignet. Reisezeit: März, Familie mit vier Kindern im Alter von 3 bis 12 Jahren. 

  Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, direkt neben dem Vatikan. Es gibt viele Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte für den täglchen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Metrostation Ottaviano ist in ca. 500m zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die ...Bäder allerdings schon etwas älter. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief sehr unkompliziert, Gabriella, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
