Appartement fabuleux en face des Forums Romains

  Satisfaction générale à l'exception du bruit (appart situé en rez de chaussée, avec deux grandes portes en métal et vitre (sans doute ancien commerce) donnant à l'angle de deux rues pavées... peu de circulation mais chaque véhicule occasionne un bruit important.

  Wunderschöne Einrichtung wie neu, großartige Lage am Forum Romanum. Wir konnten alle Sights zu Fuß erreichen. Zu den Restaurants in Trastevere ist es einen Katzensprung. Easy Schlüsselübergabe vor dem Appartement.

  A beautiful apartment, placed perfectly for sight-seeing. I was warned that I'd have to use the bus and metro to get around Rome because it was too big, but you can walk to most sights easily from here, including the colosseum. There's a metro stop five to ten minutes away if you want to travel ...further. It's a secure building and the apartment is the perfect size for two people, with all the facilities you need to cook for yourself if you choose to and air-con to die for. 

  EStaba en el sitio acordado a la hora acordada. Muy bien y correcto. todo muy bien. La ubicación perfecta, aunque al rededor no había tiendas. Al estar el apartamento a ras de suelo a veces el ruido de los coches molestaba, pero era soportable.

  Die Unterkunft lag super zentral. Alles konnte per Fuss erreicht werden: Forum Romanum, Kolosseum, Piazza Venezia, Trevi Brunnen, span. Treppe.....da das Appartment im Erdgeschoss lag, hatte man vom Zimmer aus keinen guten Ausblick (aber dafür fährt man ja nicht nach Rom). Einrichtung des ...Appartments einfach, ausreichend, sauber. Es war nur ein Laden in der Nähe zum Lebensmittel einkaufen - etwas teuerer aber dafür Bio und sehr nette familiäre Bedienung. Samstags in der Nähe ein Markt mit frischen Obst und Gemüse aus der Region - ein Erlebnis !!! Ansprechpartner vor Ort konnte gut englisch. Taxi-Bestellung hat über ihn super geklappt. Alles pünktlich, nett, freundlich - Preis okay (keine Abzocke) 

  Wir waren zufrieden, die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut, nur hat die Wohnung nur einfach verglaste Fenster, so dass ein wenig Lärm von der Strasse in die Wohnung dringt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt, wir mussten nur noch einmal anrufen und ...dann kam der Vermieter gleich nach 10 Minuten, ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Herr. 

  Absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was the best, but the apartment itself was beautiful, clean and quiet. The little grocery store just down at the end of the street and to the left was very good, and had everything we needed. We didn't use the metro, bus or taxi even once. ...Walking to everything is easy from this location. Even the Vatican was only a 45 minute walk, and is along the river so is just beautiful. Everywhere else you will want to go is within 20 minutes. Don't have a single doubt about staying at this place. We would definitely return and recommend it to family and friends. 

  L'appartement est très bien pour deux personnes, bien situé, près du forum romain. La puissance électrique n'est pas suffisante: impossible de faire fonctionner la plaque électrique et le micro-onde en même temps!... Autre gros problème: le bruit. Les huisseries extérieures sont métalliques... et en simple vitrage donc laissent passer le bruit...le passage des voitures sur les pavés, la nuit, devient quasi insupportable!... 

  A very nice small appartment close to Palatin, Forum Romanum, perfect to walk around in the city. 2 good restaurants and cafe close by. Perfect service and organisation from Mr Mauricio!

  The small apartment ist just excellent for two people, very clean, modern equipment, a very comfortable bed (140 x 190) within walking distance to most of the views. There is a cobblestone street in front of the windows which proved to be a bit loud (cars, pedestrians talking) but what do you expect... in a big city like Rome? Our host was very friendly and very much accomodating, a big thank you for your kindness! We could really recommend to stay there and would like to return to this apartment next year if it is still available!  

  Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Super Lage, nette Kontaktperson, wir konnten schon um 10 Uhr ins Zimmer. Einzigster negativ Punkt: kein Internet verfügbar, aber damit kann man leben.

  voor een eerste bezoek aan Rome is dit een uitstekende locatie. Alle vooraf gemaakte afspraken werd goed nagekomen. Heel vriendelijk onthaal door Mr M.

  Muy romatico, bien ubicado, aire acondicionado, y el propietario una muy buena persona. Nos esperó bastante tiempo a pesar de que tenía otras cosas por hacer (entramos unas 3 horas antes del horario de check-in).

  This apartment was very close to the Roman Forum, Colosseum and the Circus Maximus. It was easy to access other transport options and most attractions were within walking distance. Nice restaurants and cafes in the area.

  Het appartement ligt heel centraal. De bekende bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand en verder is er op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen een metro (Circo Massimo). M is erg behulpzaam en het appartement is ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Als de ramen open zijn, is het wel wat rumoerig maar wij waren er al na 1 nacht aan gewend.Suzan en Leon

  Ich fand es schade, dass der Vermieter für das Check-in 10 Minuten nach 20 Uhr schon den Aufpreis von 30.- € verlangt hat, obwohl wir uns sogar noch telefonisch gemeldet hatten, weil wir die Wohnung nach seinen Angaben nicht gleich gefunden haben. Ansonsten war der Vermieter jedoch sehr freundlich... und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden. In nächster Nähe liegen auch zwei Restaurants und eine tolle Konditorei für ein kleines Frühstück sowie ein Minieinkaufsmarkt. 

  Best aspects of this apartment are the nice antiques, good location as far as walking to all of the sites in the city, great little corner store a block down, and an amazing farmer's market at the end of the street on weekends. However, we picked this apartment thinking it would be in a quiet area ...and it was NOT! The Via San Teodoro is a short cut for cars and they speed through there almost all day and night long. The unit is on the ground floor and we felt we were living in the middle of an intersection. The neighbor directly above us has 2 very yappy daschunds who don't know when to quit. We had to sleep with earplugs. Also, it was difficult to cook anything as the breaker kept popping when you used 2 burners together. Not enough hot water for showers - 'Navy' showers only.  

  This apartment was absolutely perfect. Not only was the location ideal, right next to the Roman Forum, but it was safe, clean, and very comfortable. M. was very helpful and met us at the apartment to show us around. He even organized our car service to the airport. This location is a 15-20 minute ...walk to the Colosseum and on the weekends there is a farmers market right down the street where you can get all sorts of food to cook yourself and save some money. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back! 

  Appartement très bien placé. Propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute pour favoriser notre séjour.

  Le logement est très bien situé , à proximité de beaucoup de monuments et du métro. Le cadre est idéal, on est tout de suite plongé dans l'ambiance qui règne dans cette ville. Le propriétaire est très gentil et à l'écoute des besoins. Ce séjour a été un régal. Si je retourne ...à Rome, je prendrai ce même appartement. Je le conseille vivement.

  Es war fantastisch, die Lage ist Optimal, das Appartment selbst ist superschön, sauber und saugemütlich. Etwas hellhörig ist es allerdings. Der Vermieter ist super nett, die Kommunikation war perfekt.Die Stadt ist gigantisch, wir haben jede Sekunde genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

  No windows , vents very small.Traffic very loud as its cobbles all round., so the apartment was quite expensive for what we got.

  M was a really nice host, welcoming and understanding when we arrived a bit later than arranged. The apartment was clean and on a pretty street.We had a bit of an issue with the shower and getting hot water which was a shame.

  Preis-Leistung und Lage ist einfach top. Das Forum Romanum und Kolloseum gleich in der Nähe. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Danke!

  Ein wunderschönes apartment in einer top Lage. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

  The hot water heater kept running out of hot water with less than one regular shower, the screens were ripped which allowed the mosquitoes to come in. Other than that the place was very nice in a great location and the owner was awesome. We didn't let the owner know these issues while we were there because we were always on the go

  Geschmackvolle Ausstattung, funktional perfekt, ruhige Lage (von den wenigen Autos vor dem Fenster mit Kopfsteinpflaster abgesehen, aber da gewöhnt man sich schnell dran), alles zu Fuß erreichbar, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kontakt problemlos, sehr kulante Konditionen. WLAN mittlerweile vorhanden (s. frühere Bewertungen). Wirklich zu empfehlen!

  We really loved this apartment. M was beyond incredible! He replied quickly to emails, set up a driver service to pick us up from the airport, gave us great maps of Rome and was very pleasant. The location was fantastic! We spent many nights over looking the forum and had a short walk to Trastevere. We would definitely stay here again.

  Hot water only lasts five minutes, no internet. Owner said the were working on resolving it and I near heard back.

  Apartment was near the Roman forum and only a 15-20 minute walk to most tourist attractions. It was a great apartment for the price, and in a great location which is what we were most concerned with. The apartment had high ceilings which made it feel large. The only downfall in the bathroom was ...that the water heater in the bathroom was not very large and we ran out of hot water during our showers. Other than that we absolutely loved staying here!
