Confortevole appartamento al lato di Villa Borghese

  Nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour l'appartement correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous cherchions et nous sommes ravis d'avoir été aussi bien accueillis.

  El alojamiento fue perfecto, los dueño del apartamento P. y A., son personas muy agradables y no nos faltaron de nada con ellos, os lo recomiendo 100%, todo muy limpio, la ubicación era muy buena, y sin duda si volvieramos a Roma no dudaríamos en alojarnos en este apartamento.   Very kind owner. Very clean, quiet appartment. Location is perfect. Busstops at the corner of the street and in front of the house. Supermarket, markethall, restaurants and banks in short distance of the appartment.

  Sitio muy céntrico, muy limpio. La persona de contacto es muy amable. La estancia ha ido muy bien.

  insgesamt Okay - einige Dinge waren weniger gut: Musikanlage war veraltet, CD´s nicht abspielbar. Matratze im Doppelbett durchgelegen und das Bett quietschte. Die Klospülung war sehr schwerfällig.

  L'alloggio gode di ottima posizione è ben arredato e pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, ad eccezione del bagno che mostra alcune criticità: vasca da bagno con impianto d'acqua non del tutto funzionale e bidè in parte inagibile, molto piccolo e non comodo per 6 persone. Massima disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario.

  Accueil tout à fait sympathique , appartement qui correspond tout à fait au descriptif internet, proche du centre , des stations de taxi et des arrêtes de bus.

  P. et A. sont des personnes trés sympathiques. L'endroit est idéale pas dans le centre et au calme

  Dusche war total verkalkt, Duschschlauch defekt, die Warmwasser-Einstellung schwierig. Die Matratzen viel zu weich. Alles andere war super! Viel Platz, wenig Schnickschnack der herumsteht, tolles typisch italienisches Mehrfamilienhaus mit idyllischem Innenhof, recht ruhige Lage, trotzdem zentral. Sehr nette Vermieter!

  Everything was ok but the dishwasher was broke and one evening the oven didnot function but the owener had it fixed the next day. The beds were good except in the middle room these beds are really to be replaced

  Equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. P. muy amable. Incluso nos ha traído una plancha.

  Echt super Lage und prima Vermieter

  Il faut conseiller aux personnes le bus terravision( 4euros) et prendre l'aller-retour car de Rome( 6e) il faut compter 3quart d'heure...et de la gare de termini l'apartement est à 30 mn donc avec bagages vaut mieux le bus! L%u2019appartement trés confortable au niveau des chambres qui sont ...grandes par contre coté salle de bains baignoire étroite avec toilettes et je pense qu'avec 6 personnes ça doit être juste!en plus on a pas eu d'eau chaude coté cuisine...peu de vaisselles et nous avons été surpris de ne rien avoir question sel/poivre /huile....heureusement qu%u2019une supérette était ouverte le Dimanche! Sinon à par ces petits inconvénient question qualité /prix c'est bien.

  A group of 6 of us stayed in this apartment and it was great and very affordable. The location is excellent, it is in a very safe neighbourhood but close to everywhere. The apartment has air con and cooking untensils. We only had one problem which was when there was a power surge and the power shut ...off but P. came straight away to fix it. He was very attentive and helpful. I thoroughly recommend staying here. 

  We were a group of 2 parents and three young adults looking to spend 3 days experiencing Rome and this flat was an ideal base, approx 40 mins walk to the Forum or a 15 min bus ride to Trevi and 30 mins to the Vatican from a stop 200 yds from the front door. The contacts were both very helpful and ...ontime although the phrase book was needed on occasion. The flat was very clean and comfortable with 3 good sized bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen, the bathroom is fine but will take a few tries to get the shower temp right. There is no lounge as such but as we were out all day then this wasn't an issue as such. All bedrooms had efficient air con which in the summer months is a must. Although on the outskirts of the sites there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants on the doorstep.

  El apartamento en general estaba bien. Sólo destacaría dos pequeñas incidencias, que son que la lavadora estaba rota y no se nos avisó y que en la cocina faltaban algunos utensiios básicos de cocina. Por lo demás todo bien, además el apartamento está muy bien comunicado.

Estimado cliente, desde OH agradecemos y valoramos sus comentarios. El propietario confirma haber reemplazado la lavadora por una nueva.

  Gute Lage, mitten im Wohngebiet mit aller Infrastrucktur (Bäcker, Post, Markt) und guter Busverbindung. Wohnung nur für vier Personen und ausschließlich zum Schlafen ok, auch nur 4 Stühle in der spartanisch ausgestatteten Küche (kein Brotmesser, keine Tassen, keine Teekanne). Sofa steht im ...Eingang - da wird niemand sitzen. Insgesamt wäre Renovierung fällig, da doch sehr alte Möbel. Positiv: klimaanlage! 

  Proprietaires sympatiques et bon accueil . Logement très propre et spacieux , bien situé à 2 pas des bus, d'un marché et de restaurants de qualité . UN petit bémol pour la literie qui était moyenne et les ustensiles de cuisine un peu justes en quantité. Mais très bon séjour malgré cela

  E' andato tutto bene a parte qualche difficoltà a contattare le persone di riferimento indicate sulla prenotazione. Quando l'agenzia ci ha messo in contatto con i prorpietari è andato tutto benissimo, sone persone estremamente gentili e disponibili.

  Gut ausgestattete und eingerichtete, schöne Altbauwohnung. Toller Standort in Rom: etwas abseits von den Touristenströmen, aber doch zentral gelegen und mit hervorragender Verkehrsanbindung (Bus und Metro). Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Versehentlich zurückgelassene Kamera mit Post aus Italien wieder da! Mille Grazie!

  appartement très propre et soigné. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants. Nous sommes arrivés et partis dans la nuit, cela n'a pas posé de problème. appartement bien situé à 15/ 20 minutes à pied de la gare Termini et à 15/20 minutes du centre dans un quartier calme.

  Tuvimos todo lo que podíamos necesitar, la casa muy acogedora, muy cómoda, las camas estupendas, muy buena ubicación y P y A encantadores, nos han atendido excelentemente. Ojala que podamos volver pronto, lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda. Una semana estupenda.Gracias.

  Perfect place the owners were incredibly kind, it's located in a perfect area just a few minutes walk to Roma Termini , everything in the apartment work perfectly we didn't have any complains at all

  Mit dem Bus einfach und schnell im Zentrum. Auch vom Termini zur Wohnung kein Problem. Die Haltestellen liegen 2 Minuten entfernt. Zum Termini wären es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Rund um die Wohnung sind einige gute Restaurants. Ebenso hat es Caffe Bars für das Morgenessen und den obligaten Espresso.... Wir hatten schöne 6 Tage in Rom, und würde wieder in die gleiche Wohnung gehen.  

  Excellent emplacement. Logement agréable, spacieux et bien équipé. Propriétaires très sympathiques. A recommander.

  Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et fonctionnel. De plus, il est idéalement situé, proche des monuments emblématiques de Rome à pieds comme en bus ! Le propriétaire est très sympathique, il nous a chaleureusement accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive ! Expérience à renouveler :)

  The owner was an excelent guy, always available for what we needed. The location is really good, because it is a couple of blocks away from roma termini (main terminal of buses, subways and trains) and it is also close to one of the stops of the touristic bus. EXTREMLY RECOMENDABLE. the apartment is... really confortable, dishwasher, washing machine, we were 6 and felt really confortable. 

  Only one loo, no TV , you could bring CDs , lift like the tardis, we LOVED all of it!

  Die Wohnung liegt im funfte Stock mit Aufzug. Es befindet sich im geografischen Zentrum des Hauptbanhof von Termini Station und ein paar Meter von 5 Bus Haltenstellen entfernt. Der Besitzer war ganz nett und hilfbereit.

  El apartamento esta muy bien. Muy cerca están las paradas de autobús para bajar al centro, está muy bien comunicado. La propietaria ha sido muy amable con nosotros, hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Roma.

  Appartement propre et soigné .Proprietaires sympathiques et accueillants Tres bien situe à 20 minutes à pied de la gare de Termini Un petit bemol pour les ustensiles de cuisine un peu justes en quantité(casserole-poele)

  Problème d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain. Et il est dommage que les WC soient dans la salle de bain. Sinon appartement très agréable et bien situé.

  We loved the location, the owners met us at the apartment as promised and showed us how things worked. The apartment had all the necessary amenities. We were surprised there were not top sheets on the beds, just the comforters, but maybe this is the Italian custom. I would highly recommend this ...place to others and already suggested it to my daughter for her planned visit to Rome next summer. Everything worked smoothly--deposit, contact with owner, etc.

  Great apartment with lots of room and very quiet. Just outside centre of Rome but easy bus journey (10 mins) into the main area. Would definitely recommend!

  This apartment was a great location. Just less than 2 miles to all the attractions. Lots of bus stops surrounding. Restaurants galore surrounding it. A gelato shop right down stairs! The owners were very nice and accommodating! The apartments had all the amenities that we needed! It was a great apartment!

  El apartamento está correcto, quizás un poquito lejos del centro, pero nuestra estancia fue satisfactoria.

  The owners were very welcoming and the house was spacious. The location meant that it was easy to move around the city since it was near several bus stops. The antique elevator was fun to use and really meant no stairs! My family and I would stay there again.

  Location of this apartament is just great; very close to "must see" monuments in Rome so we have never used any public transport to see what we wanted to. Apartament is clean with good facilities like described by the owner. If I will ever be in Rome again definitly I would stay in this place again.

  Our wish was that we could communicate with owners, The Englishor German , Slovak or Hungarian would have helpt. Also not enough bathroom was supplied.The apartment was geat.Marika Vykysaly

We regret that failure to speak Slovak or Hungarian has caused discomfort. Also we confirm that the bathroom is well equipped; it has a sink, toilet, bidet, and a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. The owners also provide a set of towels (large and small) for each guest.
