Lovely apartment for four people in the heart of Trastevere

  logement conforme à la description, bonne situation géographique , le quartier est très animé en fin de semaine.....

  Tout s'est très bien passé, à part les douches qui étaient trop petites.

  El apartamento y la ubicacion muy buenas, lo que habia mucho ruido, lo que no nos molesta pero hay que saber que es una zona muy divertida y movida. Hacia mucho calor y no habia aire acondicionado, por esto puse un 4/5. El proprietario era muy simpatico

  NO VOLVERÍA AL APARTAMENTO NI LO RECOMENDARÉ A NADIE en época veraniega. EL CALOR ES SOFOCANTE ya que no tiene aire acondicionado y el dormitorio de matrimonio es una buhardilla. Ademas como tienes que dormir con las ventanas abiertas por esa causa el ruido de la calle es ensordecedor.INAGUANTABLE LA ESTANCIA EN VERANO

  Apartement very well situated just next to Ponte Sisto and to historical center. The district is the most charming of Roma, The house pleasant and clean is very close to the excellent restaurant Augusto et to the piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, the most beautiful piazza on this bank. However, it... is noisy at night because a crowd of nice people has fun and drink in the street at the foot of the building.(There is a just very popular bar opposite) 

  L'appartement est très bien situé au centre de Trastevere et à côté du pont Sisto qui mène à Campo Fiori et à la place Navona en 10 minutes. Les photos sur le site représentent très bien le lieu qui est fort charmant. La personne de contact était disponible et sympathique. Par ...contre, il y a un gros problème de thermostat pour l'eau chaude qui passe de très froid à très chaud en très peu de temps et des fois il n'y a plus de chauffage sans raison. Il faut également savoir que la rue est extrêmement bruyante et que l'isolation est inexistante, ce qui peut empêcher certains de dormir. De manière générale, il s'agit d'un bon rapport qualité-prix, si vous payez au grand MAX. 120 euro la nuit. Plus cher, vous serez forcément déçu.  

  Great apartment in a wonderful location - within walking distance of all the major sights but in an area which had a very local feel to it. Apartment was well equipped and had the advantage of two separate bedrooms.

  Appartement est très bien mais très bruyant la nuit. Il faut savoir qu'il est en plein milieu du quartier des restaurants, bars et boites de nuit mais nous étions contents. Le propriétaire lui très sympa. Il nous avait même organisé un taxi qui est venu nous récupérer à l'aéroport!

  If you want to stay in the Trastevere area this is a perfect choice. You are just a couple of minutes away from Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere and Piazza Trilussa, in a amazing street, literally on top of a restaurant...The apartment is situated in a classic Trastevere building, it is a ...narrow,steep staircase - but then again - you find no lifts elsewhere in Trastevere either. We stayed here with two children (4 years and 6 months) and it worked perfectly fine.The pictures of the apartment is very accurate - it is in a very nice condition. The floorplan of the apartment is clever - with a small bedroom with it's own bath by the kitchen/livingroom in aditition to the main bath and loft bedroom.The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions and inquiries. 

  Appartement op top locatie in super leuke buurt midden tussen de restaurantjes en bars. Historisch centrum op loopafstand en vriendelijke&flexibele verhuurder. Appartement ziet er prima uit, alleen iets minder handig voor 2 stellen ivm indeling slaapkamers. Ondanks dit echt aanrader.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sind immer noch mit dem Vermieter in Kontakt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

  Tanto la ubicación como la amabilidad y disponibilidad del propietario son exquisitas, sin embargo en lo referente al apartamento unos detalles importantes. Las cortinas de los baños hacen que la ducha no sea agradable para nada, aspecto fácil de mejorar. La parte superior donde está la cama ...doble soporta un calor insoportable a pesar de contar con un ventilador, lo que implica dormir muy mal a gusto por las noches. No quiero ni pensar que pasará en agosto. Sin embargo, los dos dispositivos de aire acondicionado hacen agradable el resto del apartamento. Por cierto, el sofá que aparece en la imagen del apartamento dista mucho del que en realidad te encuentras en la casa que es cutre.Aunque ajeno al propietario, el acceso exterior al edificio así como la escalera son bastante tétricos. 

  The apartment is in a great location, in the very heart of old Trastevere. It is kept tidy and clean and it is equipped with good windows that, when closed at night, absorb most of the noise coming from the lively streets. In my opinion, the only "fault" of this apartment is the size of the two ...bathrooms or, more precisely, it is the size of the showers. They are so small that showering becomes a complicated and uncomfortable action even for a tiny person (like myself). Also, the stairs of the building are really timeworn, so one really needs to be careful when going up or downstairs. But overall, the quality is definitely worth the price we paid. 

  The apartment was very well located, near a lot of restaurants, small shops, and very close to the river. We had a lot of luggage, so it was very difficult to take the luggage from the bottom floor to the third floor. There are two portable air conditioning units in the apartment, but they didn't ...really cool off the two floors. We had to sleep in the pullout couch in the living room/kitchen since one unit was located there. The greeter was excellent, we got lost trying to find the apartment so she came and got us where we were, and also helped us carry our luggage. Overall, the apartment was OK for the 3 of us, the place was spacious but the bathrooms were a nightmare. The showers were so small that when we showered all the water sprayed everywhere causing huge puddles on the floors. 

  Nous avons séjourné dans cette appartement pendant une semaine du 22 au 28 août 2014 il est très agréable, bien équipé et assez bien situé pour visiter Rome à pied. Le propriétaire est vraiment très sympa et répond immédiatement à chaque question posée. Le quartier est calme la ...journée mais très très animé le soir et une partie de la nuit ça ne m'a pas gêné mais si vous cherchez du calme et avez du mal à dormir dans le bruit il vaut mieux éviter. J'ai une seule critique a formuler à propos des douches qui ne sont pas pratiques du tout elles sont très étroites et comme le carré de douche n'est pas assez haut attendez vous a éponger le sol après chaque douche. A part ça j'ai été ravie de séjourné à Rome dans cette appart de plus il est spacieux on ne se marche pas dessus. Bon séjour a Rome! 

  Appartement très bruyant au dessus d'une rue avec bars et restaurant Clim faisant un bruit effrayantImpossible de dormir dans la chambre "mezzanine" à cause de la chaleur.Rideau de douche "douteux"Très Mauvaise impression sur cet appartement.

  El sofá cama es muy incómodo para un adulto, un colchón extrafino, te clavas todos los hierros, recomendable para una pareja con niños, de ninguna manera para cuatro adultos. Ruido nocturno los fines de semana.

  La situation de l'appartement et l'accueil convivial, font oublier les petites imperfections du logement. Nous y avons passé trois agréables nuits avec nos deux enfants.

  There was a problem with the electricity while we were there, it got shut off and they couldn't fix it, however the owner offered me some money back and I was happy with that agreement.

  Super séjour, le propriétaire est très réactif, il nous a entre autre aidé à trouver un taxi. Le seul bémol: l'appartement se trouve au-dessus d'un bar qui ferme à 1h00/2h00.

  E andato tutto bene, il propietario era molto gentile.

  Zentral gelegenes Apartment mit schöner, kreativer Einrichtung. Sehr nette Vermieter. Viele Bars in der Nähe, in denen es im Sommer sicherlich lebhaft zu geht.

  Eeverything was great!! My husband dealt with the check-in but I believe the owner was helpful and friendly. We liked the apartment and there were no issues.

  Das Apartment liegt in einer Traumlage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wer Ruhe haben möchte ist hier falsch, da es in Trastevere, dem In-Viertel von Rom liegt. D.h. viele Restaurants, Cafés und gute Stimmung. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Fahrservice vom ...und zum Flugplatz wurde hervorragend organisiert. Ich war hier nicht zum letzten Mal!!! 

  Die Lage ist Spitze, die Wohnung schlecht aufgeteilt, das obere Geschoß mit dem schönen Bett viel zu heiß, ein Bett unten für Zwerge gedacht, die Küche gut bestückt. Insgesamt für die Leistung zu teuer, das werden wir sicher nicht mehr buchen!!!!! Korrekte Angaben machen über die wirkliche ...Größe der Wohnung, ohne zu schummeln ( die soll ja angeblich für 6 Personen sein!!!!! 

  Great apartment in amazing location!Lots of character, comfortable and plenty of room for a small family. The host was easily contactable, responsive and very helpful throughout.We will definitely be back!!!!

  Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen leider nicht entsprochen. Die Bilder auf der Webseite war sehr ansprechend. Leider sind die Bilder so aufgenommen, dass die Räume viel größer aussehen als es der Realität entspricht. Die Klimaanlage war sehr sehr laut, sodass wir diese nachts ausstellen ...mussten. Leider konnte man die Fenster nachts nicht öffnen, da die hohe Lautstärke auf der Straße bis in die frühen Morgenstunden anhielt. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.  

  Apartment was based in a very good location, it was the main road within Trasevere. Although it was pretty noisy in the evening, we did manage to sleep very well. Great location, and apartment has all you need for the few days there. E was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Tonnarello on ...the corner was a great restaurant to eat at.. great and friendly staff, very helpful. And good pricing. Fab stay, Exhausted but cant wait to return. Thank you :0) Wine ranged from between 4-8 euros a glass, beers 3.50-12 - not as pricey as I was expecting, so happy all round.
