This gorgeous 100m2 apartment, capable of comfortably accommodating up to a maximum of 5 people, is situated on the third floor of a beautiful, 1930’s Roman building (with elevator access) located in the Trastevere district.
The Trastevere district is one of the most authentic and characteristic areas of Rome. The apartment is located in the southern part of the district, near the Trastevere station. Its excellent location will allow guests easy access on foot to the liveliest parts of the area, including Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, Piazza San Cosimato, and busy Piazza Trilussa where you will find numerous traditional cafes and restaurants where you can sample the genuine flavours of Italy. Moreover, the area is also home to a range of typical shops and markets.
In 2012 this elegant apartment was completely reformed with great care and attention to detail. The predominant colour is white, chosen to complement the beautiful black and white photographs by a recognised artist that hang on the apartment’s walls. The large windows provide a lot of natural light, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere as the apartment is lit up with sunshine. The main space is occupied by the bright and spacious living room, featuring an individual sofa-bed, an LCD television, an iPod/iPhone dock, a DVD player, and a dining table and chairs – the ideal place to relax and unwind. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen contains a small table and stools. The two bedrooms are spacious and have large windows, and both feature a double bed that can be converted into two single beds if necessary. Last but not least, the elegant bathroom features quality fixtures and a jacuzzi and shower.
This apartment is the perfect choice for those who wish to feel at home even whilst on holiday.

Anna was very accommodating. The size of the apartment was good; there was enough room for my young boys to play around. It was conveniently located near the tram and a few blocks from a main train station. The mattress in the main bedroom was a bit firm, but everything else was good.

great place! wonderful appartment.well desgined.well equiped.quite,the building itself is a well preserved old uilding.the location is wonderful.tram and bus just by the apt.most of the central places are a walking ditance away.supermarket and market near by.well lit. and the owner is lovely..what can one ask for more?!

Prachtig appartement, dichtbij een tramhalte in de gezellige wijk Trastevere. Afspraken werden prima nagekomen.Wanneer wij nog een keer Rome gaan bezoeken zullen wij zeker proberen dit appartement opnieuw te boeken.

We stayed here from 27th of September until the 1st of October. The apartment was beautiful and everything we expected. Nice and clean, good beds and very spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything, perfect. Anna, the owner, and here friend were very very nice and helping. We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Het appartement is een prachtige, zeer grote en heldere, nieuwe, zeer goed uitgerust en ingericht met veel plezier. De bedden zijn groot, evenals de kleren van bed en bad. De locatie is zeer goed, omdat er niets anders out van het appartement is het stoppen van... de tram 3 en 8 en verschillende bus lijnen die laat je in het centrum en Termini station. Is ook naast het treinstation van Trastevere die verbinding maakt via een rechtstreekse trein naar de luchthaven van Fiumicino (8)? Ticket van ida). Veel dank aan Anna voor de behandeling.
Hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable. El apartamento es precioso, muy grande y luminoso, nuevo, muy bien equipado y amueblado con mucho gusto. Las camas son estupendas, asi como la ropa de cama y de baño. La ubicacion es muy buena,ya que nada mas salir del apartamento esta la parada del tranvia ...3 y 8, y de varias lineas de autobus que te dejan en el centro y en la estacion de Termini. Esta tambien al lado de la estacion de tren de Trastevere que comunica mediante un tren directo al aeropuerto de Fiumicino (8€ Billete de ida). Muchas gracias a Anna por el trato recibido.

Door de hitte had dankbaar of air conditioning of fans. Voor de rest, zeer schone accommodatie en de zeer attente eigenaar.ERG BLIJ.
Debido a la calor se hubiese agradecido o Aire acondicionado o ventiladores. Por el resto, el alojamiento muy limpio y la propietaria MUY atenta. MUY CONTENTOS.

Het departement is mooi en goed gelegen. de eigenaar is een heel mooi persoon. Ons verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Slechts twee kleine details, een van hen zorgen de afdeling heeft geen wasmachine, en kan het nodig zijn. Aan de andere kant in de week van ons verblijf in Rome (van 4 tot en met 7 juli) ...maakte is veel warmte en de afdeling niet uitgerust met airconditioning. De afdeling is echter zeer goed.
El departamento está bonito y bien situado. la propietaria es una persona muy agradable. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Solo dos pequeños detalles, uno de ellos concierne a que el departamento no tiene lavadora, y puede ser necesario. Por otra parte en la semana de nuestra estancia en Roma ...(del 4 al 7 de julio) hizo mucho calor y el departamento no está equipado con aire acondicionado. Sin embargo el departamento está muy bien.
