Attico luminoso vicino al Colosseo

  A lovely apartment and a very warm welcome when we arrived. Not suitable for people with health/mobility issues as 4 flights of stairs and no lift but you give fair warning of this on the site! It didn't detract from our holiday. Couldn't be more convenient for access to metro and easy walking ...distance to many points of interest, we would gladly use again.  

  El alojamiento genial. Solo le faltaba el ascensor de las 4 pisos, se notaba a la vuelta de las caminatas.

  Cet appartement correspond exactement à la description faite par le proprio. Nous n'avons aucune mauvaise surprise. En plus le choix de la situation géographique est parfait pour faire une visite de Rome Este depa es exactamente lo que mencionan en la pagina. No tenemos nada malo que decir es mas la ubicacion es perfecta para visitar a Roma

  Très bien, situation,calme, confort intérieur, équipement. Inconvénients éventuels 4 étage à grimperavantages musculation.

  La location est idéalement située dans un quartier très vivant et appréciable.Pratiquement tous les sites touristiques peuvent être rejoint à pieds ce qui est très agréable et permet de découvrir la vie romaine. Le bémol par rapport au logement concerne la salle de bains très petite et ...le fait qye la location soit située au 4ème étage sans ascenceur. L'immeuble est en revanche très calme et l'appartement reste fonctionnel pour deux.

  appartement trés agréable, bien situé . Nous avons pu faire un maximum de visites à pied. La salle de bain est effectivement petite mais fonctionnelle. Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour et de notre logement. Accueil trés sympathique avec de bons conseils pour le séjour.

  Definitely be aware that this is a fifth floor walk-up (104 stairs. I counted!). It can be a bit daunting everyday but we used it as an excuse to eat more gelato.

  Logement très bien situé : le colissée est proche, le quartier est vivant avec des restos, bars sympas. La personne qui nous a reçu a été à notre écoute pour tous les conseils pratiques, Le logement quant à lui est très propre, fonctionnel, et calme.

  Logement trés bien placé à Rome avec un accés facile au métro et au Collysé! Bel appartement trés propre et bien décoré seul petit inconvénient il est situé au 5ème étage sans ascenseur, il faut avoir de bonnes jambes !

  Absolut stimmiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Für römische Verhältnisse gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Leider fehlten angegebene Küchenutensilien wie z.B. Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Nichts destro trotz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Metrostation ist 100 m entfernt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten... sind jedoch auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben die Metro nur im "Notfall" benutzt. Man sollte bei der Auswahl der Wohnung jedoch berucksichtigen, dass es 94 Stufen zur Ferienwohnung im vierten OG sind-also nichts für Fusslahme ;) - für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung optimal, mit mehr Personen würde ich eine andere Wohnung empfehlen. Toll war, dass wir am Abreisetag unser Gepäck bis abends in der Wohnung lassen durften. 

  Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Rome. Tout possible à pied. Metro juste a cote pour ceux qui preferent. Les etages à monter (pff) permettent de nous autoriser qq glaces en plus (humm) ;-) Rien à redire. A recommander

  Ligging is fantastisch, appartement ook erg goed. Wel even rekening houden met 5 lange trappen.

  Es war eine unangenehme Überraschung, dass es KEINEN Aufzug gab wie im Text erwähnt. Übergabe erfolgte kompetent und freundlich. Das liefern der Wechselwäsche funktionierte prima - man könnte eventuell ein Tüchlein pro Person mehr geben -

  Bright interior, great location with lots of space. Fully equipped apartment. A great choice despite the 4th floor walk-up.

  Appartement propre, moderne,calme , bien placé pour visiter Rome à pied et en métro. Petite salle d'eau mais le reste du logement est très agréable pour 2 personnes. Accueil en français, climatisation, très appréciables! A recommander si la montée des 4 étages n’effraie pas!

  lo malo son las escaleras cuatro pisos ; para subirlas despues de un dia de caminata por toda la ciudad. ....... la persona contacto muy agradable, la ubicacion y el barrio esta bien,...... Nos gusto todo, solo nos molesto un poco las escaleras, lo recomendamos y si volveriamos, gracias,.....

  Appartement très bien situé , proche du centre ...tout est accessible à pied ...quartier sympathique et tranquille .Seul petit bémol , les 4 gros étages à franchir avant d atteindre l appartement ...sans doute très difficile pour des personnes à la mobilité réduite .....excellent contact ...avant notre arrivée et à notre arrivée avec les personnes de contact .A recommander 

  The apartment was modern and clean. Facilities were good, with free wifi and great air conditioning (both in the lounge and bedroom). The location is brilliant for walking to all major tourist attractions (Pantheon, Vatican City, Trevi fountain, which is awesome by the way and a must see). There are... also metro and bus stops very close by, if you fancy a break from walking.The number of steps up to the fourth floor is tiring after a full day on your feet, but it wouldn't put me off staying there again. The owner minor problem in the apartment was the shower which would be hot for a few mins then go stone cold for a few mins then hot again..... All in all a great apartment in a fab location. I would recommend up to 3 people max to stay, 2 was ideal.  

  Sehr schöne, über zwei Etagen gehende Wohnung mitten im Herzen des antiken Roms. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohung ruhig (Nebenstraße zur Via Carfour, Hinterhofausrichtung). Der fünfte Stock ohne Fahrstuhl ist nach langen Märschen durch die Stadt eine Herausforderung. Das Treppenhaus ...entschädigt aber durch Flair. Der Küchentisch stellte sich für vier Personen als recht knapp bemessen heraus. Die Einstellung der Duschwassertemperatur gestaltete sich als schwierig (schwanken zwischen Frostbeulen und Verbrennung). Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt !  

  Number 1 feature is the fantastic location - short wak to Colissuem, Roman Forum, Trevi etc. Via Leonina is a busy little back street with plenty of small bars, restaurants and boutiques. Cavour metro about 150 metres away. Right outside the front door is a great little cafe serving huge ice creams ...for €2 - €3! We are a family of 4 and the apartment was just big enough for us - but as many reviewers before us have said - 4 th floor (94 steps) is a long way up after a day walking around Rome - your legs will feel it after a few days!! Don't let that put you off though - this apartment is really very pleasant, and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.  

  It was a home away from home for the two of us; location is central but still quiet; all equipment is there as promised and in good order, we loved this place.

  A fantastic gem of a find. Three minutes from the Colloseum and one minute to the underground. A real traditional Italian loft apartment with fantastic self catering facilities. Just outside is a little cobbled road buzzing with restaurants and cafés. A very warm welcome by the owners who couldn't ...be more helpful. Highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely stay here again and again in this most wonderful city.

  Appartement agréable et très bien situé pour se rendre à pied ou en métro dans tous les lieux à voir à Rome.

  Excellent location and R was extremely helpful. The only downside was the number of stairs we had to climb to reach the apartment (no stairs), but I guess this was a blessing in disguise because we could work off all the gelato we ate.

  Très bel appartement, même si les photos laissent à penser qu'il est plus grand. L'emplacement est superbe à deux pas du métro Cavour. De quoi faire des courses dans le quartier. L'accueil est très bon. Au rang des points négatifs : la salle de bain est un peu petite. Les personnes âgées ou... ayant des difficultés physiques devront chercher un autre nid. Les quatre étages sans ascenseur nécessitent un peu d'endurance, surtout lorsque l'on vient de faire des emplettes.Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, cet appartement y est pour beaucoup.

  El apartamento está situado en un barrio con sabor y muy céntrico . Poco apto para poco deportistas, los 4 pisos sin ascensor.

  Très bon contact avec le propriétaire . Appartement très bien placé ; bien centré ; près du métro. Seul petit bémol : la douche soit chaud , soit froid ! . Mais appartement à recommander ! .

  Todo genial, la propietaria muy atenta, el alojamiento en perfectas condiciones y a escasa distancia del coliseo y de una parada de metro. El único pero que pongo son los 4 pisos que tienes que subir a pie, que después de patear todo Roma parece que estés subiendo el Everest. Pero por lo demás le doy un 10.

  El apartamento está bien situado el barrio inmejorable y el detalle de 4 pisos sin ascensor es superable , no es aconsejable mucho equipaje, el equipamiento es básico y antiguo, el contacto ha sido excelente.

  This apartment was very comfortable and ideally situated in the heart of the older, cobbled district of Rome. The owner was superbly organised, contacting us a good 10 days before our arrival to firm up details of the key handover. She was kind and very helpful, making it clear we could always call ...her if need be (there was no need!).There are plenty of restaurants and gelateris on the doorstep of this apartment, as well as a supermarket and a couple of mini-markets. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Colosseum from it. There are lots of stairs, but that was a plus as it helped us to work off all the delicious food we ate!We highly recommend this apartment and owner. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - it was a perfect base.  

  El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Es un apartamento pequeño, pero es muy comódo tiene todo lo necesario una cocina completa, aire acondicionado (muy necesario si vas en verano). La mujer de la casa muy simpática, nos explicó como llegar a los lugares cercanos.

  El apartamento estaba bien, muy cerca del Coliseo y con muchos restaurantes alrededor. El unico pero, son tantas escaleras.....

  Notre séjour dans l'appartement a été très agréable. Son emplacement est idéalement situé dans le quartier animé de Monti, à quelques pas du Colisée et du Forum. Le confort est simple, mais satisfaisant. Au dernier étage de l'immeuble, l'appartement est calme et détourné de l'animation ...de la rue. Au mois de juillet, la climatisation des chambres est très appréciée! Les contacts que nous avons eus avec les propriétaires, par mail et téléphone ont été agréables et instructifs. Par contre, la personne qui nous a laissé les clés était quasi désagréable: un manque d'effort pour comprendre nos questions (en anglais et en français) et, visiblement aucune connaissance du quartier (situation d'un supermarché...).
