Appartamento con terrazza e vista a 360 gradi sulla Capitale

  Although one of the more expensive apartments in Rome, its location, balcony and air-con were worth it! R. (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location - right next to the Parliament building and in easy walking distance of the main attractions (Travelli fountain Pantheon) and ...even the Colosseum (15 minute walk). General store is a 6 minute walk (Bespar) The apartment is actually on 2 levels (images are a little misleading) with a top roof room with amazing panoramic views up the stairs - but you will spend most of your time on the lower level which has the main living areas kitchen & balcony. The handly lift and the oldest porter in Rome compete the charm of the apartment. It was our honeymoon and we didnt want to leave - highly reccomended 

  R was so helpful. Met us on time and made us so welcome with fresh fruit and great advice and recommendations. Apartment is unbelievable! Shower and bed both the best by far in our whole Europe trip. Location great - as R said, u r centre of universe. 15 mins to pantheon. 20 mins to colloseum. 30 min walk to Vatican. Wonderful apartment.

  I never give 10 out of 10....but this apartment is beyond fantastic!....and the location....exceptional! As for R...our host...after keeping him so late as we arrived very late...what a gem!...he was so helpful and explained everything on arrival...genuine and just perfect...best best best apartment...cheers jan.

  Lovely apartment, incredible lcation, very attentive owner. Watch out if you're tall, the ceiling is low...

  Quartier très central à partir duquel on peut se aller à pied vers la plupart des sites touristiques. Possibilité de louer une Vespa pas très loin, et la ville est magnifique partout où on regarde. La douche alterne un peu chaud-froid mais ça n'a pas d'importance. Appartement rénové très... récemment et aménagé avec goût (oeuvres d'art, etc.). Vue incroyable au dernier étage, on ne s'en lasse pas. Le matin on y admire le bal des mouettes, c'est superbe. Au pied de l'immeuble se trouve une "caffetteria" où l'on peut manger un petit déjeuner délicieux avec terrasse au soleil. N'hésitez pas plus longtemps, c'est là que vous avez envie d'aller.

  Wir haben besonders das als "Adlerhorst" auf dem Dach gelegene schöne Wohnzimmer mit dem herrlichen Panoramablick genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal fußläufig für die Erkundung der bedeutensten Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist für große Menschen nur eingeschränkt ...zu empfehlen, wegen der z.T. an den Raumenden niedrigen Deckenbalken (Dachgeschoß). In Küche, Schlafzimmer und an den Toiletten, muß man sich dort (bereits bei 1,70 Körpergröße) gebeugt bewegen. Auch die Betten sind für Personen über 1,85m zu kurz. Die Ausstattung der Küche war bei unserem Aufenthalt für das Kochen von Mahlzeiten noch etwas spärlich (bspw. fehlten kleine Küchenmesser und Schneidebrett). Aber der für das Wohl seiner Gäste aufmerksam sorgende Vermieter wird bestimmt noch Nötiges ergänzen. 

  Eine sehr saubere Wohnung, chic eingerichtet, tolle Lichtinstallation - und dann der Traum im Obergeschoß - ein Panormablick über die Dächer von Rom bis hin zum Petersdom, der Trinita Monti Kirche über der Spanischen Treppe - drekt vor unserem Haus das Parlament - und der Blick hinüber zur ...Piazza Navona....ein schöner kleiner Balkon auf der Eingangsetage - Küche mit ordentlicher Ausstattung! Bus 116 vor der Tür, Cafebar im Haus - perfecte Cornetti!Absolut empfehlenswert!Spanischen Treppe und 

  Nous avons eu un séjour magique à Rome. L'appartement est merveilleusement bien situé et très confortable. Nous y retournerons très certainement. Aux alentours excellents restaurants et bars. Tout le centre historique à nos pieds. La chambre du haut a véritablement une vue à 360°, donc ...se réveiller avec St Pierre d'un côté et la Villa Médicis de l'autre côté, que faut-il de plus ? L'équipe de Oh-Rome et R. nous ont aidés de façon exemplaire lorsque nous avons été enférmés à l'extérieur sur la terrasse.  

  Excellent accueil et appartement très bien situé et conforme au visuel. Très calme et vue panoramique sur la ville. Prestations de qualité et équipements très complets. Il y a même un choix de brosses à chaussures, pour tenter d'etre aussi élégants que les italiens, jusqu'au bout des pieds! Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit de choix!

  nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. l'appartement est très agréable et conforme à sa description. Il est parfaitement situé et nous a permis de faire toutes les visites à pieds.

  Eine wirklich nette Kontaktperson. Super Service. Klasse Lage des Apartements in der Stadt. Rundherum uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Das beschriebene stimmt mit den Tatsachen überein. Keine bösen Überraschungen.

  Ein Traumblick von dem oberen Zimmer aus in alle Richtungen. Wir haben jeden Abend dort oben im Fenster gesessen und über die Dächer von Rom geschaut... eine wunderschöne Wohnung, auch für 4 Personen gut geeignet. So zentral, dass man überall leicht hinkommt. Ich würde sofort dort wieder hin. ...Ein sehr zuvorkommender Vermittler, der sich um uns gekümmert hat. Lief super! Auch wenn es seinen Preis hat, es ist jeden Cent wert.  

  Je ne peux que confirmer tout le bien qui a déjà été dit sur l'appartement et sur l'accueil du propriétaire. Une petite erreur facile à corriger: nous n'avons trouvé que deux tasses à café sans les sous-tasses. Nous avons passé huit jours magnifiques dans une ville de rêve que nous ...retrouvons chaque année depuis onze ans. Nous étions en appartement pour la première fois. Quel grand plaisir!  

  I would highly recommend this place. The owner R is great. He will go out of his way to help you. I forgot a pair of glasses in the apt and he mailed them to our next accommodation. The apt was very clean and modern...in a very convenient location. The view from the upper room was unbeatable.

  Excellent location, very comfortable and well finished property with stunning views of the Rome skyline and excellent greeting and support from the owner.Overall I can summarise by saying that both Rome and the apartment has captured mine and my wife's hearts and imagination. Already planning our return.

  My wife and I stayed for 7 nights in this apartment. Checked in with R. and he was delightful to work with. He escorted us up to the apartment on the 4th floor and WOW!...it was great. The location is ideal...about a 10-minute walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, great restaurants, local ...pubs, etc. About a 25 minute walk to St Peters/Vatican. 2-story apartment with bedroom, bathrooms, living room, patio, and kitchen are located on the lower level. Upstairs is a 2nd FANTASTIC living room with a view that's OUTSTANDING! Air Conditioners, washing machine (nice addition), and internet worked perfectly, great, comfortable furnishings, plumbing though a bit quirky, worked pretty good, in short, a great property in an ideal location, and as a bonus, you get to work with R.

  Very charming and clean appartment, wonderfully located in the heart of ancient Rome, with astonishing views all around. Central, but peaceful. Tall or less flexible people should be aware of some (very) low beams in bed- and bathroom though... Caretaker R is a great guy, tries really hard to ...accomadate you the best he can, and keeps his promises (and on time as well)! We had a marvellous stay here.

  The apartment was in a very central and convenient location, we were very happy with it, a short walking distance to the main attractions. The bedroom is a little on the small side as we kept bumping our heads on the beams, but we soon got used to it. The kitchen equipment was adequate, but would ...suggest some oven gloves. The manager of the apartment R was a very nice gentleman and would like to thank him for all his help, we would definitely use the apartment if we returned to Rome. The upstairs room was quite spectacular and had a 360 degree view of the City, so beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. Thank you again - Shan and David Martin.

  The location is fantastic; the orientation and support from R. was fantastic. The apartment is well appointed and of a high standard. There is a lift to the apartment on the 4th floor. The views from the upstairs living room is also fantastic with views across to St Peter's. It makes you feel like ...you are in the centre of Rome, which you are! Raffaele made sure that we were able to contact him by mobile if there was an emergency; we had no cause to call him but I had no doubts he would be there in a flash if there was a problem. 

  Unser Rom Aufenthalt war UNVERGESSLICH! Wir wollten Rom PUR und haben es bekommen! Die Lage ist extrem günstig, wir konnten von hier aus alles zu Fuß erkunden. Sogar für kleine Pausen, mit einem Kaffe für zwischendurch mit Blick über Rom, sind wir gerne kurz "heimgegangen". Sehr angenehm: es ...ist angenehm leise da oben. Kleiner Tipp und ein halber Stern Abzug: darauf achten ob warmes Wasser da ist! Der Hausherr sorgt auf jeden Fall gerne für alles, bei mir war es vom Timing her leider ungünstig...Wenn einem die Aussicht und die tolle Lage ein paar Euro mehr Wert ist, wird man hier fündig! 

  The panoramic view of Rome from the top room is unbeatable. The central location puts all of Rome within easy walking distance. The owner was very friendly, and helpful.

  Couldn't have been better

  The apartment is lovely--we especially enjoyed the well-appointed and well-stocked kitchen, air-conditioning (it was hot out!), and the lovely little terrace. The shower did not maintain a steady temperature, but that did not bother us too much. We were greeted and given the keys by Raffaele, who ...was extremely amiable and helped us with our bags and spent a good amount of time showing us the apartment and where to find grocery store, etc., on a map that he provided. He also arranged for a taxi/car service to pick us up and take us to the airport at the end of our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect--in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of all the main sights. 

  Very central - other than to and from the airport we walked everywhere. R was very helpful and the view from the upper floor is fantastic.

  L'appartement est conforme à la description et idéalement situé. À deux pas de la Via Corso et dans un endroit très calme en face du Parlement.Nous sommes restés 4 jours et avons parcouru Rome à pied. De l'appartement tous les monuments et les célèbres places de Rome sont atteignables entre... dix et trente minutes.Cerise sur le gâteau l'appartement possède une grande pièce qui surplombe Rome et permet de d'avoir une vue à 360 degré. Impressionnant.Enfin un grand merci à notre interlocuteur " F" qui a toujours été disponible et toujours de bon conseil. 

  Great location, just minutes from the Pantheon. Fantastic view of the entire city from upstairs that provided magical sunsets with the Vatican in frame. Very clean and modern looking apartment with a nice little balcony that comfortably sat four people. R was waiting for us upon arrival and ...explained everything about the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. Very helpful indeed. Stayed for 4 nights in Sep 2015. We would most definitely stay here again.

  We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in mid October 2015. I read the reviews prior to selecting this apartment and wholeheartedly agree with the reviews. It is in an excellent location to see all of the sights(we walked to all). It is exactly as portrayed in the photos; clean, modern, and ...attractive. There is a lift in the building to take you to the apartment, which is on 2 levels. The main level contains the living room, 2 baths, bedroom, kitchen and terrace. The 2nd level (has stairs) is a loft living area that has a view of Rome through large windows all the way around (amazing!). There is a café next door for coffee, pastries, etc., but kitchen is fully supplied with coffee maker, etc. Perfect! Would not stay anywhere else in Rome! Owner & building mgr were great! 

  El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, la vista que tiene es fantástica!. La calefacción estupenda y bien equipado. Fue una estadía muy grata. Lo recomiendo absolutamente.

  We could not have enjoyed our stay more at this home. I am very familiar with Rome and spent many months there, so I knew it was a great location. But this apartment worked out even better for my family than I imagined! The management team was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment is ...STUNNING and a one-of-a-kind place; a truly ideal mix of Roma antica vibe meets modern Italian style. We were all comfortable and very, very happy.  

  Wir waren das 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, dass sie im Gegensatz zum erdten Mal nur oberflächlich geputzt war. Im Kühlschrank war ausgelaufene Milch in der Schublade, die Küchenschränke schmutzig, zum Teil gelber klebriger Belag und die Kleiderschränke ebenso. Die Spülmaschine war kaputt

  Appartamento silenzioso e ottima posizione per raggiungere i principali punti d'interesse della zona.La casa è ben fornita. La vista dalla stanza al piano superiore è davvero bella.Il proprietario non l'abbiamo conosciuto, ma il portiere dello stabile e gli altri collaboratori intervenuti ...sono stati corretti e cordiali.Unico neo, il sistema di scarico dell'appartamento (sanitari e cucina) il quale ha provocato qualche rumore di troppo e soprattutto dei reflussi di acqua all'interno del water dei due bagni.Il tetto della stanza da letto e dei due bagni, trattandosi di un appartamento in stile "mansarda", risulta davvero basso in certi punti. Ma non dovendo viverci ed essendo un soggiorno per vacanza non è un gran problema, o comunque rimane una sensazione oggettiva. Siamo stati bene. 

  Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles wunderbar und hat gut geklappt.
